Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Gallup

Failed to order food due to non-local phone service.

What kind of pizza place outsources its phone service? I mean, REALLY?

I tried to place an order, but it quickly became apparent that the person answering my call was not local and didn't know Gallup at all. Usually if you name a hotel near the store, they just write that on the ticket and as it will be a common destination for their drivers, all they need beyond that is a room number.

Not good enough this time. The woman first tried to get me to give her the address of the hotel--which I didn't know, and was not on the label on the phone--and then tried to look it up when I pointed out that it was literally a couple blocks down the same road.

Couple this with the added stress of deciphering her thick Spanish accent--at least we seemed to understand each other, which means an epic mistake was all but inevitable--and I decided it was getting way too problematic to complete my order.

Domino's, no, outsourcing pizza delivery orders is not a smart way to save...

Unsanitary & incompetent workers! The last time I'll ever order from this place! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE FINED & OR SHUTDOWN! Went in to pick up an order and the 1st thing I see is the workers DO NOT WASH their hands after handling money & god knows what else! Right from the register handling dirty filthy money/coins straight to making orders bare handed! No one is wearing gloves! So just imagine.... how horrifying that is and if they arent washing hands regularly.... where else are they coming from then straight to handling/making food!?!? MAYBE the bathroom wiping their * then going to make you a calzone or a chicken special with some extra brown toppings you didnt ask for? Absolutely disgusting! Also, there has been many instances where they haven't even cut the pizza (like today), got orders wrong, can't read the screen properly to make what you ordered all with bad and disrespectful customer service! The pizzas coming out looking like a 5year old made them. Don't say you never got a warning! Eat at...

Horrible service tonight! We order here all the time spending 50 dollars each time we call. Tonight I wanted to add parm bites to the order we waited to place for 30 minutes because the first time we called the manager Laura directed us to call bak in 45 minutes..we called sooner the gentleman who took our order was very courteous and welcoming. So when I called bak and heard her voice little did I know it was the general manager I asked for a different associate's assistance, politely. She said no and I'm canceling your order, don't come here again. While I call back and ask for a receipt she continues to say " your being recorded ", "I don't care if we come in contact ", no I do cause I will not come back to this store! Go to pizza hut or pizza 9! Horrible service...
