Staff that blames young teenagers working the grill for the delays should never be in charge of running an establishment!! If you offer food service then you need to reasonably provide the food timely. We ordered our food was told 45 mins our friends ordered 10 min later told 1 hr we accepted. We understood but our friends who ordered after us got their sandwiches of like before us. Checked on ours told be right out 10 mins later checked coming right out have a bag of chips while you wait. Eventually they gave me another customer’s sandwich. My husband still had to wait on his food. Finally 1 3/4 hr later 45 mins after our friends had their food he got his wings. If offering food service then provide service and dont blame young staff for mismanagement. Management is at fault they schedule staff. Yes busy but not overwhelmed with people. Be like other places in Galveston and have the customer order from outside food establishments who can provide timely. Your beer is no different than other establishments and yiur food service is worse. Besides I had wine only husband had beer 😂. Improve service but if folks like poor service by all means visit...

And I am a big fan of big bold flavors, but for my palette I would fade them back just a slight bit to increase the beer's longer term drinkability. The Tiki Wheat's howerever was on point. This beer is super drinkable. Before I finish, I gotta say that Sampson has got to be what the dwarves of Middle Eart would choose "hands down". That is one manly beer! I can only drink one before I have to switch to something else, but it is great! I only give 4 stars because I have been to a ton of breweries like this, and am a real tough...
