Wow. Just wow. 07/17/2022, Came in 10:45am to see a showing at 11:05am. As my handicap father rode up to the door in his wheelchair, an employee cut us off and entered the door, stopped us and said, “we’re not open yet.” Yet the signage right next to the door said they open at 10:30am. I pointed out to the employee that other customers were in the building, “oh! Okay.” She responded and kept going. So now we get to the concession stand to order tickets and snacks. There was only 2 lanes open, the lane closest to the restroom and the one next to it. We got in the second lane. We were next in line, the employee walked away and never came back. We were never told anything and stood there, waiting. The employee that stopped us at the door ended up opening a 3rd lane and took the customer that just walked up and then a line formed in the 3rd lane. Never once calling us up next since we had been waiting for service. We still stood there waiting for the employee to return to help us but never did. People that arrived after us, were served before us. Finally, the employee that was working the first lane cleared her line and came to our lane. I expressed my frustration and she (Joann, tag said “assistant manager”) became very defensive stating “that is the manager!” When I complained that the lady at this lane never returned. I personally could care less who the “manager” is, if she can’t provide the decency to let us know she wouldn’t be returning to the line we waited in.. it’s really not that hard to let your customers know that you will or won’t be returning to service them after waiting in line for their turn. Joanne didn’t seem to make the situation any better, as her attitude was very unapologetic. She could’ve easily just apologized for the lack of communication her co-worker caused and the frustration we experienced. Instead we received attitude after patiently waiting for assistance when we did nothing wrong. I think someone should be stationed at the drinks/snacks to fulfill the orders, let the cashiers...
Read moreThe worst theater experience I’ve ever had. Took my family here last night. 20 min into our movie a group came in talking loudly, asking people to see their tickets and standing between us and the screen. I told them to be quiet and to stop blocking my view and one of the women started screaming at me, challenging me to a fight. I left to get an employee and when JoAnne the assistant manager arrived she screamed at me to prove I had tickets. I was pretty shocked at this treatment. JoAnne decided the woman that interrupted our movie, screamed at me and threatened me with violence was in the right and that I didn’t belong in the movie I paid to see. Since she refused to remove the woman from the theater and FLAT OUT REFUSED to speak to me and accused me of not buying my tickets I called the police. They arrived quickly and JoAnne still refused to cooperate. She even escorted the rude woman to her correct theater. Obviously they had wandered into the wrong showing and ruined our show, so they deserved the Royal Treatment. I asked for a refund since we missed the entire movie and JoAnne refused. “It’s our policy” she repeated over and over. I asked for her manager’s name and number and she refused. I told the cop that I wanted that info and he went and got it for me. Why was this necessary? I was told to call Rachel Vernon, the store manager, at 10am. I called for two hours and never got an answer. I paid for my tickets, I went to the right theater at the right time and sat in the right seats. A horrifically rude and entitled woman ruined our evening and JoAnne made sure that person had a great time while treating me like a criminal. This is an absolute failure of management at every level and I caution anyone that goes here to know this...
Read moreDumb is the best we can come up with.
First of all they only serve 2 things that can be considered as food, Nachos and hotdogs.
With that being said we came to 20 minutes early and they had no hot dogs ready.
The general manager said someone came in and ordered 9 and said it would take 10 minutes to get more ready.
You are really only ready with 9 dogs?! In the spirit of being proactive when you get down to five, you put 20 to 30 on.
Instead of making excuses, learn how to be proactive.
Previews were playing but no video. As guests, we had to come out and tell you that versus them being in the know and realizing there was an issue.
The real question is why does a guest have to tell you the problems that you’re having in your theater? You should already know.
They show pictures of a convenient bar top, but no one works it. You have to wait in the same line as those checking in for a movie and ordering food. Again, it’s beyond dumb..
And if you’re bowling and wanna order another round of beverages, no such luck. You got a stand in the same long line..
Whoever came up with his concept, was great. Unfortunate thing is whoever decided how to make it customer friendly, was not.
By the way, if you buy one of their refill cups, you gotta stand in the same forever line.
For whoever is in charge of trying to create revenue for this theater, if you make it easy and quick, you will get a greater ROI. The money that you’re losing is very easy to see.
There’s more to share but this is just 2 examples of how there’s no management, only excuses. We will...
