This was the worst Jack in the Box I have ever been to! The employees do not care about the restaurant or customers. We stood at the counter for a good 10 minutes waiting to order. Two of the people were outside "sweeping" the parking lot. One was on the phone crying obviously having personal issues. Another was over to the side prepping food and the manager (Angel) was making food. I finally went outside and found one of the guys smoking and asked him if he could come in and help out which he did. When we got our cups and went to the drink fountain it smelled like mildew and my husband couldn't find a clean place for us and our kids to sit. I went up and asked if the other guy that was still outside sweeping could come in and clean the dining room because there was no clean tables and food all over the floors. I was then informed that the managers boss told him that the parking lot and side walks had to be cleaned before the dining room. At this point I had been very understanding because it seemed like they were short staffed but I feel like the manager flat out lied. So I told him that it was ridiculous that he wouldn't want the inside clean before the parking lot. We still hadn't gotten our food so I just asked my husband for the receipt and then asked for our money back. Then I could hear an employee in the back say well if she doesn't like it tell her she can go somewhere else. Our bill was $26.60 and the manager tried to only give me $20.23. When I told him he hadn't given me all our money back he rolled his eyes and looked at the receipt, opened the cash drawer and gave me $6. I was just ready to get out of there so I just took the $6 and didn't even try to argue with him about it. I'm not normally the one who says anything about our food service but this was the worst I've seen. Read moreI am a Uber food delivery driver and I received 2 orders to pick up from this Jack in the box and I will never except another order to deliver from this location. It was between 7:30 and 8 pm and I pulled up to enter the store and the doors were locked so I proceeded to the drive thru and the employee that answered the speaker said rudely what you want I told her I was there to pickup 2 Uber orders and gave her the names she replied “I just got this so you gonna have to wait “ I pulled to the window and a older more ruder lady came to the window and said $15.38 I said I was there for the Uber orders she rolled her eyes and shut the window and came back with sodas with soda all around the cups dripping everywhere I asked her for a drink holder she again rolled her eyes and shut the window. I had 4 bags basically thrown thru the window and as you can see by the picture these bags were not labeled with the customer names so I didn’t know what customer got what bag etc. I use to be an assistant manager at a Jack in the box and never would I treat a customer in this manner. I did not appreciate it for my customers and was embarrassed to present my customers with these orders because of the way the bag looked I can only think if the bag looks this bad I wonder what the food must be like. When we come in we we're ignored for over 30 minutes, They saw us walk in and proceeded to all go into the back as the cashier didn't ring us up. After she did finally payed attention to us she had an attitude, rolling her eyes, moving her head, and arguing with her staff, after we ordered we went to go get our drinks. The drink was disgusting, My sister got root beer and it come out white ??? and I got a diet coke, raspberry flavor and it tasted like water mixed with raspberry, which all the drinks were like this,, all of them tasted like water, We had to stop by another store after to buy drinks. as we sat down at the table, all you could hear was arguing, the people working in the back kept forgetting orders and had to be reminded constantly by the costumers to even do their jobs. We heard a whole agruement about a guy being 30 minutes late to work and them all wanting to clock out? when we got the food,, some of my fries were hot and some were cold, which how does that even happen? and then the burger i got didn't even look like a burger.
