My wife and I went on Saturday evening (6/17/17) and this was absolutely the worst service we have ever had here. I guess both employees up front were training and had no idea what to do. I was going to try their new Reese's float. I asked the cashier for this item, and he said the Peanut Butter one? Reese's is peanut butter. Plus when I got the item, it was nothing like the picture. The picture shows it like a float in a mug, but all I got is a shake. I asked him if this is the same as the picture and he said yes! My wife wanted a coney dog. She wanted no onions, he gave us no time to even say that. The worst part was the root beer float. The 1 main reason why we went. It tasted so flat. The machine was broken and still served out of it. So we took it back up there and all they gave us as a medium pop. Well the manager was going to give us our money back for the float. She ended up giving us 95 cents. the difference between the float and the pop. You should of gave us the pop free. You are lucky I was about to give the whole order back and wanted my money. Read moreThe food here is always fresh and hot. It is tasty and often meets the flavors and textures that I have become accustomed to from a fine A&W experience. I have a could of difficulties with this location, however. The entrance to the facility requires a rather quick turn into the lane that is used for the pickup window. The pickup window ends up being on the passenger’s side. Not only that it is still so far away from the vehicle in almost all cases that the clerk inside needs to come out to deliver the food. I have witnessed this hardworking individual, on three separate occasions, run the register, help preparing food, packaging food, bringing food out to customers and handling the cash outside the building. It’s not good for that person to say the least. They have to pass in front of the vehicles each time this is carried out. If the owner of the franchise would take a little time and use the obvious profits that just this individual is providing them they would be able to rearrange the building and pickup window in such a way that these obvious dangers and inconveniences would be eliminated. Read moreBe careful when you go through the drive through, I went through today and handed the girl working the window a $20 for my order and didn’t realize til she had closed the window and I pulled off and got all the way home that she didn’t give me my change . Checked my receipt to make sure the total was what I thought she told me then checked my wallet and my truck and sure enough she never gave it to me . She handed me my food and closed the he window . Not a huge deal but it’s bad practice to take a customers money and trade them basically for the food and never cash them out properly. I even tried to get her attention before I paid because I wanted to cancel an item and she didn’t answer the window even though she was right there and I was fairly loud , she only opened it to hand me both drinks at the same time , no carrier , taking my $20 then handing me another bag , closing the window and moving on . No pleasantries straight to the point but not done all the way correctly . Probably won’t come here again , because a double cheeseburger , fry , small drink , and a shake cost almost $20 . That’s kind of ridiculous considering what was served to me . But inflation so I get it but still expensive for low quality...
