We got a burger. With no burger in it. Tried to call back. Stayed on line for a few minutes...No answer. Should have known better when there was no line just use and one other care 5:30 primetime fast food hours. In all honesty that's why we stopped we've been very excited about this brand new location But it's always been packed ....so... I called corporate.
All food was ice cold except fries. We are one of two cars in line... So how old was this food we received. Glad the fries were hot because that was all I could eat. My burger tasted like it was dipped in pickles so I gave it to my boyfriend to make up for his burgerless burger. His burger was just supposed to have ketchup and cheese yet we received a bun with everything on it including tomato lettuce and mayo...but no burger.
I then proceeded to eat my spicy chicken sandwich and was like wow this is really gross it tastes like jalapenos I wasn't expecting that. I thought hey it's a spicy chicken sandwich maybe that's the spice no big deal..I gave that to my boyfriend as well. He too had a spicy chicken sandwich which he had eaten half of when I gave him my other one out of curiosity he took a bite of mine and gave me a bite of his two of the same sandwiches tasted completely different.
And I'm pretty understanding sometimes fast food touches things that's not supposed to touch usually I would deal with it no big deal move on with my day..... But how does one receive a burger minus the burger

Read moreThe automated order service does not work well. We ordered a regular loaded fries and got chicken and fries. We ordered two of the new glo-rilla meals with double cheeseburger, and we got just double cheeseburgers with fries and didn't get any apple pies and they charged us just for double cheeseburgers and fries for five something instead of $4 for the meal. And I wanted iced tea but they gave me sweet tea so I ended up just throwing it out. Too many things went wrong with that automated system the entire order was wrong we were charged too much money for what we got and the food wasn't even that good. I will say though when we realized we've got chicken and fries instead of loaded fries. I went back up but We only realized i did not get the loaded fries. They did correct that part of the order & threw in 2 extra apple pie to make up for it. So i guess we got our order filled after the fact and only because i went back up. That AI ordering just didn't work for us, it got the order all wrong & it cost us more money than...
Read moreEdited to add... After my initial poor review one of the managers promptly reached out to see how he could rectify the situation. I appreciate the fact that the organization responds to feedback and tries to make it right when they mess up. This made the experience much better and easier for me to return to this location and have faith on them. I'm bumping my review up a couple stars based on the follow-up.
I don't eat fast food very often but was curious about this place since it just opened. I wanted to try the "Mother Cruncher" to see how it stacked up against other chicken sandwiches. I was very disappointed. It looked and tasted sad. The chicken patty looked worse than the processed patties they use for the cheap, spicy chicken sandwich. My sandwich looked NOTHING like the pictures on the ads. Pic included of my actual sandwich if you don't believe me. This is the kind of unsatisfactory food that turns customers away. I didn't even finish the sandwich.
Fries were pretty good though. Thats why I bumped it...
