Worst experience at any chipotle. I had already ordered online because I was coming from a different location that was randomly closed. When I arrived my order was not ready so I waited for several minutes. I drove home and opened the order which ended up being completely incorrect. I then drove back again this is a different location so this one isn’t close to where I live. When I got back I told the person working what had happened and she remade my order but only after asking me what exactly was wrong with it and giving tons of attitude. Afterwards I asked for a giftcard or certificate of some sort as I thought this would be good customer service given the fact that this was their mistake for giving me someone else’s order and then me driving back and forth for a meal that I had paid for. She had to ask someone else who worked there who then said that he couldn’t give me a giftcard and to just tell anyone working the next time I was at that location that they messed up last time and to give it to me for free. I hesitated as I thought this sounded odd and didn’t think anyone would just give me a free entree just because I asked the next time I came in. I ended up just leaving but am really disappointed at the customer service. I will not go to this location again and don’t recommend anyone...
Read moreI usually love this place. But I went there when they opened this morning and they were pretty much out of everything I wanted to order. How does that happen? My server seemed like she was in a huge rush even though there was only one person ahead of me. Whe. She helped me, I asked if they had a salsa they happened to be out of, she said we're our and asked so you want the mild salsa? And didn't even wait for a response. She just poured it onto my food and she had to remake the bowl because I told her I didn't want that. My recommendation is to maybe make sure you're restaurant ingredients are ready to go for the day. My previous visit wasn't very good either. I ordered my usual to go, luckily everything I wanted was there. But as soon as I brought my food to work and got the bag out of the car, the entire bottom of the bag ripped open and all the food I paid for fell right onto the parking lot. The employee who served my food left the bowl incredibly soggy with the bean juices and it soaked through the actual bowl, the bag and got all over my car. Read moreI eat semi-regularly at Chipotles across the country, so i know to expect good, fresh fast food when I stop in. This is the first time i actually sent back food. I had ordered a bowl, with sofritas and all my regular fixins'. However, when i started eating, something was off. I thought it might have just been that bite, but it wasn't. It seemed like the fajitas were super salty.
The crew working there was great, apologized for the food, and replaced my bowl right away. 5 star friendly and professional staff here. The only bad thing is that the new bowl, even without the offending fajitas, was still a bit salty. I couldn't pinpoint it, but it wasn't as bad the second time, so i just made do. I almost never send food back, so i wasn't going to do it twice in one visit lol
I'd recommend coming to this location only if they fire the Morton's salt girl they apparently have...
