UPDATE: We came from Ontario Oregon to visit family and came here for lunch because it has a playground. We have three kids now so having a playground was nice! The inside was SO CLEAN. Everyone was friendly and a person in a cow costume came to greet all the kids! My daughter saw the cow and ran up and asked if she could hug it and the cow nodded. Then my other son saw and wanted one too! Super cute! Super friendly! They gave my kids stickers. It was amazing! Great experience!

I just want to take a moment to appreciate ate these people. When this pandemic first started nobody had any idea what it was going to bring. How restaurants we’re going to manage to stay open but also stay safe. Everybody was battling that idea on whether to order Uber eats, or just go get the food themselves. I have been very impressed with Chick-fil-A because of this whole epidemic when it first started and hit Idaho these people were on top of it. They had car hoppers outside lined up ready to go. I’ve gone there about 30 times in the last six months, and they are just on top of their game. They are fast, efficient, and brave any weather possible. They’re always super friendly and super nice and very attentive. The store is very incredible and has impressed me so much I will not stop going there. Every day that I go there, the most impressive thing about them, is they always have about 50 cars. Every day. Can you believe that? But every day when I show up and there’s 50 cars, they move through them so quickly and so efficiently I’m just shocked. I tried to submit this review to the store directly but it wouldn’t allow me to. They kept saying I had an error. It’s been about a couple months now after I’ve already wanted to write the review And I’m still pretty impressed. Like— this is the best thing you could’ve hoped for because it shows how a fast food chain can handle something like covid....

I went to Chic-Fil-A the other afternoon at LUNCHTIME!!! Huge amount of cars and BOY WAS I IMPRESSED!!!! Unlike almost every other busy chain these people have so many working parts/employees that the double lines we went thru, that huge amount of traffic in two lines had us in and out in aproximately 5 minutes and we had two separate orders, one cash and one debit card!!!!!!! Hats off, give yourself a pat on the back my friends as your system causes others to pale in comparison!!! If you’re on a TIME CRUNCH FOR LUNCH GO TO ANY CHICK-FIL-A as they have it down to an ARTFORM!!! Don't worry about the long lines, they'll move you thru like no other Drive Thru! Listen Folks I'm your Idaho Homegrown Girl, I've been checkin' things out for a very LONG TIME!!! Been here decades and I've seen it ALL!!! THE CRAZY GROWTH and more people than EVER which is why this is so impressive AND IT WAS AT PEAK LUNCTIME HOURS!!! Despite all of the ridiculous amount of folks in line it literally went faster than ANY OTHERS I've encountered!!! BRAVO TO THE YOUNG FOLKS AND EVERYONE ELSE WORKING Both inside and out for such an impressive experience!!! LIKE A WELL DIRECTED ORCHESTRA!!! A SYMPHONY OF TEAM MEMBERS EACH DOING THEIR PART TO MOVE THAT LINE and deliver excellent food saving you enuf time to still freshen up before going back to work!!! These folks are in a LEAGUE ALL THERE OWN!!! Way to be the ORIGINAL FAST FOOD ALTERNATIVE TO A COW!!! FAST & DELICIOUS!!
