Online order allowed me to place order starting at 10 for pickup, read in other reviews that they don't actually open til 11. Even the sign says they open at 10. I've already paid for.my dads lunch. Guess I'm going to be sitting around like an idiot waiting til they open.. edit: they did not pick up phone until 11:20 am. Do not under any circumstances order online or through door dash for this location. They may not be open and you may not get your food or money back.

If this wasn't the only long John's in town I wouldn't come. But since it is I do. Food tends to be good. It's touch and go. It's slower than any place I've ever been. Even if you're the only one in line in can take 15 minutes. As for the staff I think they're fine. Granted if you go through the drive thru you'll never see them.

Food is too dang greasy- like no one knows how to clean and filter the grease! Or change the dang grease! Never open when it say your open! No one is ever around! They really need to change management or owners that know how to run a business!

I am editing to say I've ordered here again and of course the food is bomb! Never disappoints. I'm so glad this place is dependable on great hot food. I'm adding a photo from my most recent order. Thanks!!!! I wish I had a long John back close to my home in Texas.

I doordashed some food. The food was great! I love the fish there. I love the crispy taste only I can get from Long John's! Alot of reviews complain about greasy food..um duh! That's the good stuff. Haha. I know its greasy but it's not over soaked at all. It's delicious and very edible. I was worried how the food would from all the reviews but I was very pleased! The Long John Silvers food I recieved was above and beyond and just what I expected. I never had their popcorn shrimp but my boys loved it. I tasted it too. The shrimp was plain tasting but it was good. Very affordable too! I got sea share of fish, and 2 popcorn shrimps and the small order of 6 hushpuppies. My wife and I are from Colorado where we do not have long John silvers anymore and we have been craving it found one in garden city Kansas (we were there for work) went in first super clean restaurant the girl at the counter was very friendly we ordered our food I got 2 chicken strips and 6 shrimp with rice and hush puppies my wife got the fish and shrimp first off my plate the rice was delicious the hush puppies were perfectly cooked as well as the chicken very tasty the shrimp were plump not all batter again delicious. I will definitely be back to this restaurant I'm here for a week they might see me often. Good job...

Closed early at 9pm on a Friday night. Non holiday. I called them up and the ACTING manager said oh well we just wanted to close at 9 today. When asked who their store manager was he didn't want to give out any info as far as a name. So I asked for the corporate number, he said they are not affiliated with corperation. So I asked who the owners names were and he said I don't know. Finnaly I asked for his name he hung up on me. EXTREAMLY unprofessional. I will make it known the kind of people they employ and empower within the store in Garden...
