I read about this roadside seafood shop. I read the reviews and decided we're going to stop here and get some of the crab cakes that people were talking about. The friendly people who came in lots of selection. Everything looked fresh. We talked about the local shrimp and we decided just to get the crab cakes. The young lady is talked about the recipes that we should use to cook them and they told us that she had personally made them earlier that day so they were definitely fresh. So unlike some other review here, we really enjoyed our visit. Talking to the staff getting some pointers on cooking. It's great visit. Another note I got home. We cooked the crab cakes and I'll attach a picture how good they looked which doesn't even compare to how great they tasted. We really enjoyed them. If you don't stop here and buy something you are missing out on some fresh seafood.

We stopped into Seven Seas Seafood Market for the first time yesterday and we're very pleased. The staff was friendly, helpful and polite. They had a smaller selection of fresh fish than other stores, but they had the best scallops and grouper cheeks by far. This is now one of our regular stops for fresh seafood. I prepared the scallops by searing them lightly and serving them with a brown butter, shallot, EVOO, S&P, balsamic vinegar sauce. The grouper cheeks were breaded and pan fried, served with homemade pickled okra tartar sauce with a side of risotto. Yummy. We have been back multiple times and are always treated very well and their fish is just amazing. Check them out! I would recommend this fish market to anyone. Thank you

Went here for the first time. Super friendly staff, and decent prices on locally caught seafood. Got local grouper and shrimp. Also got a lobster tail and stone crab claws. Grouper, shrimp, and lobster were amazing! The stone crab claws were terrifying! I used to live in the Florida Keys and have eaten hundreds if not thousands of stone crab claws. There was something very wrong with these claws. Instead of a nice chunk of crabby goodness all these claws had was these mushy remnants of what was probably once crab meat. Checked every claw and they were all like this. Didn't risk eating any of them. Didn't want to taste any of our good seafood the 2nd time on the way out!

We went early in the morning like the said the day before only to find unhappy, not friendly service. Then got home and started to eat only to find 14+ crabs not even 1/2 way cooked. Ordering raw is $15 cheaper! When we called they told us to recook them?!?! So sad!! Come here, spend all this money and cooking our crabs after paying for cooked crabs! Not us, ever again sir! Have a great rest of your day 🥺 UPDATE: a wonderful guy named Henry Ford got in touch with us and more than made this right! He definitely made sure the next time in Myrtle Beach we will be going back!! Thanks again Henry!!

I've been looking forward to some blue crab for weeks leading up to our vacation. We stopped by several places that didn't have any. Came across this seafood market and not only did they have them but cook them in house. I wasn't looking for anything else but took some pictures of the place. Very clean, friendly staff and they were decently busy but got us taken care of. Picked up a dozen, a little on the small side but that's what's available right now. I've already finished up half of them! Delicious! Thank you!
