Gator Zone Sports Bar & Grille — Restaurant in Garden City

My family and I tried Gator Zone for the first time last night and can’t wait to go back. The food was amazing. I had the cheese quesadilla with chicken which is a large portion perfect to have as a meal itself with some of their homemade chips or to share. I also had the burger on a brioche bun which was cooked perfectly. My kids had the wings which were so good they picked them clean (a rarity for my picky kids) followed by chicken tenders and fries. There are many different drink options from tap to wines and mixed drinks. There is something for everyone. We checked out the golf simulator room and will definitely use that the next time we are all down there. Our server (Ashley) was great. So friendly and accommodating even when I needed more time because deciding was tough with so many great options. This is a perfect place to go to relax and have a great meal with some amazing drinks. I will be back again. Hope to see everyone...

To be fair, I do not drink, so this is just on the food, service and atmosphere as a place to eat. They had a large bar setup, but that is not our thing anymore. That said, this is a nice casual place to stop for a bite, and we will definitely be back. The food was very good. I had their Buffalo Mac N Cheese, and my daughter had the pulled pork, We devoured both. The service was good. While there was one main server, they take a team approach that works well. The atmosphere was nice, industrial-ish. It is basically a warehouse that has been nicely renovated while still holding the industrial flare. Seems to me to be perfect for the area. We were looking for a place to watch the draft and Gator Zone did not disappoint! The facility was clean & modern. Plenty of space to sit and multiple televisions available to watch! Our server Ilana was friendly, attentive, and helpful. There were great drink options & the craft beers were great. Our food was came out quickly and full of flavor, definately recommend the pub chips w/ beer cheese The owner came by to check in and chat with us for a bit. We will definately come back next time we are in...
