I went here once, had a seriously horrible experience, but lo and behold, somehow my brains have been scrambled because I showed up here yet again. Now let's just get something straight... I actually really like Wendy's. I'm pretty predictable, so I typically get a spicy chicken sandwich. As habit and predictability came to pass, I did the same thing again tonight. Got myself a regular fry, and asked for a medium chocolate frosty. Oh no... Hold on there mister... No chocolate frosties for you! Only strawberry frosties ... Because apparently that's a thing now. So I say to myself, what the heck? Let's live on the edge a little and get a strawberry frosty. Well, in spite of the fact that it's nothing to write home about, it may have been the best part of the meal. My chicken sandwich was quite possibly the worst spicy chicken sandwich I've ever had at Wendy's. It was devoid of taste, the tomatoes weren't ripe, and it was overall a sad experience. As fast food establishments go, Wendy's is overall a pretty decent one. But not this one. If you are sitting in this parking lot, considering whether to partake of a hamburger with a square patty, or maybe you're craving that chocolate frosty which may or may not be available, just stop reading this review and move on to another establishment. Try a convenience store where there's a wiener that's been spinning around on that little metal thing for the past 23 days. That just might be a better...
Read moreI'm a local Dasher for the area this particular Wendy's has a very rude an unprofessional staff working every time I have been at this location in the last 2 weeks the front doors have been locked and public not allowed in the building and today I drive through the drive-thru since I had to do that for the last 2 weeks ask the staff member to let her know that I was there for a door dash pick up she turned around and said it's inside on the counter and I said can you please hand it to me through the window and she said no very naughty and said that it will be on the counter come get it and then was very rude when I got inside the store to pick up the order to go staff has been rude for weeks their customer service ethics need to improve Wendy should train their employees to be better to their customers and to people that are delivering their food to customers would not ever recommend the store unless they do a staff change and get people in there that actually care about their job and...
Read moreWent to Wendy's last Saturday afternoon. Worse experience I've never at an eating place. I will never step foot in that Wendy's again. My wife and I got in line behind a gentleman in front of us. After 3 Mins waiting, I think the person in charge on the drive up window came over and said, be right with you. Another several minutes went by, then came over and said, you will have to use the kuous to order and paid. She said we don't have staff to wait on customers at the counter. What are you kidding me. That should have been told to us, the first time she said be right with you. There was 4 workers there, including her, More than enough. If that was the case, lock the front door to keep customers out. The man in front of us, was very mad, and so are we. Very mad and not excusable. Bad enough the prices are being increased very time you turn around, and the qualitys getting smaller. But not have this happen. Very mad. Bad mark for Wendy's. If I could give a 0 review...
