Order the donuts from door dash- Dozen Big donuts. There photos on their website is not the same as what you get in person. I was genuinely excited to try this donut shop, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The overall flavor profile of the donuts tasted extremely artificial, and not in the fun, nostalgic way some desserts can be, but more like the lowest-quality imitation ingredients. The S’mores donut in particular had an unpleasant, almost plastic-like aftertaste that reminded me of the smell from an unboxed air mattress. Across the board, the frostings all seemed to come from the same overly sweet, artificial base, just tinted with different colors rather than distinct flavors. The Strawberry Cheesecake donut was filled with that unmistakably artificial jelly, the kind you’d expect from the cheapest supermarket variety, which overpowered any attempt at a cheesecake flavor. The Dulce de Leche donut was dry, lacking the creamy, rich balance that makes that flavor enjoyable; it was mostly just a bit of caramel in the center with no real ā€œlecheā€ component at all. Where’s is the milk? Why is it dry? Overall, the donuts were dry, overly processed, and far from the quality I was hoping for. I truly wanted to enjoy this place, but the execution and ingredients made the experience quite disappointing.

Food: 3/5 Service: 3/5 Ambiance: 4/5 Parking: 4/5 Family friendly: 4/5 Stroller friendly: 4/5 ADA accessible: 4/5 Honestly was excited to come in here to check the place out.Ā  Decor is great, kids loved how vibrant the place was.Ā  Ice cream and donuts looked delightfully delectable. However, a bit of a let down on the donuts.Ā  I ended up ordering a basic donut ice cream sandwich for about $6.Ā  Which is basically a regular donut split in half with ice cream in the middle and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar.Ā  However, for a dollar more you can get a deluxe with deluxe toppings like sprinkles, marshmallows and the like.Ā  Also ended up ordering a BIG Donut (Salted caramel Biscoff) for $4 and ended up eating part of it.Ā  Donuts are not made in house (I don't think. Or least didn't taste like it). The ice cream was MID, as the kids would say, great on a hot summer day (98 deg outside) but nothing spectacular. Service was decent, quick, but definitely can tell the person was bored. All in all, it was a decent experience. If you're in the area check it out.

This was a random stop for me and my wife this morning as we were waiting for the Bosie Mall across the way to open up. First thing that can caught my attention was the unique store name and colorful neon signage in the front. The inner Yonutz sanctum is a cartoon color pallet with playful wall art that displays a Yonutz themed world. The Employees are really friendly and enthusiastic about their edible creations. There are minis, full-sized and deluxe ice cream smashed Yonutz. During our visit, there were 18 flavor varieties of mini Yonutz. We decided to get a box of 16 minis to take home for the kids to try w/ a full sized deluxe salted caramel biscoff cookie Yonutz doughnut for ourselves to split. We enjoyed our Yonutz creation and the next time we visit we will sit down inside to try the ice cream smashed version. - When our kids came home from school they each had two minis of their choice. They enjoyed their Yonutz too... šŸ˜Ž

Went for the first time about a month ago, tried two different smash donut/ milkshakes. They were good, but they gave my husband the incorrect milkshake. He didn’t notice until we were gone because he ate the donut first. But customer service at this visit was awful. Three workers maybe four behind the counter and it took 5 minutes to be greeted or acknowledged. The gal was super apologetic when she did take our order.

Went again today, there was one worker and she would take an order and make their orders in between customers, which is great I hope this is not a normal thing for one person to be on shift. However, we stood next to the register to grab two classics and we were ignored to the group behind us and she took their order first. They were off to the side browsing and we were ready to order hence standing at the register. I just found it different given there’s a reason we were ā€œfirst in line.ā€ Then didn’t speak to us to say hey saw them here and I’ll grab you next! - nope. Completely ignored until the order. A hello or any acknowledgement is better than none. Given the other reviews, I’d say this is a common trend, unfortunately.

Good for a sweet tooth but just be prepared for...

The milkshakes were absolutely amazing, the little donuts that they put on top is a great touch, the food itself was the only good thing about this place. Me and my girlfriend went there for the first time so it was a new experience for us, and we weren't greeted or acknowledged for the first 10 minutes we were there. Then after we ordered, one of the employees walked out and the other co workers were in a lot of distress and one even made the comment," this is why we get bad reviews." I wasn't really too concerned about that part, what really got me, was people that came in after us got their milkshakes and donuts before me and my girlfriend did and we had been there at that point for 20 minutes. Two milkshakes took 45 minutes to get to us. Although the employee that handed our drinks was apologetic and kind, the experience left us not wanting to go back anytime soon. Food was good, customer service was severely lacking. It doesn't matter how amazing your product is, if you don't have speedy service or great customer service to hold back the long wait times, its going to negatively impact your business. I recommend having a responsible adult on shift to keep them in line. Very...
