I'm not sure what happened to Smashburger?? But this was the worst possible choice for lunch ever!! Where do we start? Let's start with the fact that there was one table of customers in there when I walked in and another Gentleman on his way out that the person working in the counter was speaking to. There was no acknowledgment of someone walking in there was no I'll be right with you and there was a 5-minute conversation that continued between her and the flirting customer. Next let's go to the fact that both me and the gentleman that came in after me ordered our food to eat in the restaurant and both of us got bags that said to go on them. Then when our food was brought to us both of our names were called she asked me who I was I told him my name and she handed me the wrong bag he took his back up to her and said I didn't get sweet potato fries I have course that I did and we figured it out to which this Marvel of customer service looked at me and said that's why I asked your name, as if I got my own name wrong:-) lastly I just paid $18 or whatever it was for a brisket sandwich which is cold and slathered with some kind of barbecue sauce but not very tasty and cold sweet potato fries that are not seasoned.

   Read moreFood was fine. The customer service is what really disturbed me: My (pregnant) wife and I came in 20 minutes before they closed. The gal at the register hardly looked at us while she took our order. We were the only customers in the restaurant. The staff was being loud and one of them was mopping the floor. No problem with the guy mopping the floor. He had his signs up and all. But once 9:30pm hit, they turned off the lights in the restaurant.. the âfloor is wetâ signs were gone. And my wife and I had to leave in the dark on wet floors.. Iâll remind you again that my wife is 7 months pregnant. Not a good move to turn off your lights and have your floors wet while a pregnant woman is trying to exit your restaurant. Thatâs just begging to be set up for a lawsuit. Bottom line is the customer service was awful. The attitudes were awful. And putting my pregnant wife at risk like that because a bunch of snarky high school/college kid employees are upset that they need to stay at work a few minutes later past close has really rubbed me the wrong way.
Do better Smash Burger. Higher some quality workers and maybe youâll have my business again. Until then, youâve lost it

   Read moreUPDATE & Change from 1 star to 5 star review : Hubby went in this morning & received the best service that we've ever had at this restaurant by Shane & Casey (GM). Shane was very patient & super helpful when they didn't technically open for another few minutes. Casey appreciated the feedback that hubby gave of a prior employee & will be working with another employee & give him the chance to re-coach & work to improve his customer service skills instead of just letting him go. All in all very impressed with how far this location has grown to appreciate their customers since we last came in. I was supposed to put all this in their smashburger feedback page but I threw away the receipt so I'm hoping it'll get noticied here instead.
