I visited this dunkin location at great wolf lodge a couple days ago. When I ordered at 7 am the staff at the register was kind to me. However, they were inattentive and slow. I ordered a refresher, and kindly asked the staff to give me no ice, because I suffered a sore throat. After I ordered, I waited for 20 minutes to get my drink. While I was waiting, I saw all the drinks already layed out, but the workers would simply let them sit there and time to time hand them out to people. I received my refresher with ice, even though I specifically asked for no ice. I was already in a rush, and because of this I had no time to ask for no ice. However , around 15 minutes later, I came back and asked to staff to give me no ice in my drink. Once my drink with no ice was given to me, it was UNDER filled. I did not pay a full price for a refresher, for my drink to be under filled, and I wasnât notified of this. I shouldnât have to pay to not receive a full cup of a SMALL refresher. The staff that I asked to take my ice out, wasnât very polite, or welcoming. The overall atmosphere of the dunkin was stiff. I could tell most of the customers were pissed off of how much time they had to wait. I believe these workers should not be working at Dunkin, if they canât handle a rush and make orders a little...
Read moreThey were out of all non-dairy milk options and didnât even have the decency to be apologetic about it. No one in my family can consume dairy - this is so inconsiderate of lactose intolerant people (which includes most people of color) and vegans. They even had an ad running for an oat milk based drink but they had no oat milk or any milk at all not from a cow. When I asked if non-dairy milk was available, the staff was dismissive and didnât bother to apologize. They said they will have no non dairy milk until they get their delivery in 4 days! In 2025, it is unacceptable to have no non-dairy options, and the fact that they are out of it shows that people want vegan milks! Very disappointing but I guess I saved like $40 on coffees I would have bought for 5...
Read moreGot coffee and breakfast here 3 consecutive mornings. The pumpkin spice donut holes were great, but the pumpkin spice lattes were consistently too sweet, even when I asked for reduced sweetness. On the third day, it also was only about 2/3 full. For a drink that costs over $5, this didn't seem right. The manager initially seemed confused when I pointed out that the drink came out a little light, but then took it from me and turned around and told someone who add more milk to it. About 10 minutes later, I got my drink back with more milk added to it (and with it now no longer as hot). This location is quite busy on weekend mornings, so I cut them some slack for this, but it was a...
