Playground — Attraction in Garden Grove

It's not the Old School West Haven a lot of us grew up with, but it's cute and well maintained, lots of room to run around. The reservoir is still available to see through chain link. Parking is an issue. There is a lack of trees around the park so it gets hot quickly. There are also no restrooms for use. I do feel like we are not encouraged to make a whole day out of a visit...

This is a fairly new playground next to the Garden Grove fire department. It appropriately has a first responders theme with a fire truck, small ambulance and police car. There are a few slides, a bell and other fire department-themed things.

Nearby there are two new benches and also some old and rusty picnic tables.

No public restrooms...

What a great playground for imaginative minds! Also a plus is the vass sea of green grass for the four legged friends! Only drawback is there is some graffiti on the playground but nothing vulgar...
