The drive-thru attendants are consistently friendly, efficiently guiding cars through the two-line drive-thru, mitigating the impact of what appears to be a lengthy wait. However, the wait is always justified by the delectable food that awaits.

My go-to order is a cheeseburger sans onions, and In-N-Out impresses with their attention to detail. Despite my specific request, they consistently get it right, ensuring a personalized and enjoyable meal. The fries, just the right size and incredibly addictive, complement the burgers perfectly. What sets this location apart is the judicious use of salt on the fries – not overly salty, and the option to add more with a separate salt package is appreciated, catering to individual taste preferences.

My letter to in and out after a terrible time in this location and their total lack of response after discussion. On or about April 23 2022, though it could have been a week later or so. I visited your store at the corner of Beach and Trask in Garden Grove. (9032 Trask). It was lunch time.

The drive through was filled so I walked into the store to order. There were a few people waiting for their orders and one in line waiting to order. It took a bit to order since the cash register was closed out and it took a while for it to work again. Th person in front of me in line gave his order and I stepped up to give mine and for some reason a loud fan in the kitchen was turned on which made it hard to hear.

I tried to give my order and could not make myself be understood. This went of for a few minutes. I tried to get e pencil to write my order but to no avail. Now it was not really too loud, but the cashier could not understand me at all. I even tried to point but she was unable to understand even after the noise level died.

I left with no order no food and irritated as you can imagine.

So I called the stores phone and got a centralized customer service agent. I related all this to her. She took all my information including contact information and offered a small recompence which I appreciated.

HOWEVER it has been a month and there has been no further communication nor anything in the mail. So my question is… Was this recompense just a story or did someone...

This place is amazing, no matter which location you go to! They have a very limited menu, but what they have they do it well. Super Fresh and great tasting every single time! Have never been disappointed ever. And another thing I love is that they hire the staff and train them well. They are always super friendly and always smiling and that makes your day just a little bit brighter for that 5 minutes you might be at the window. Cuz it gets a little old at other places going through a drive-through and nobody's smiling and they could care less what they're putting out their windows. Really wish more places with follow their guidelines, quit putting 50 items on your menu! You can't possibly make that much food good. Everybody should slim down their menus and choose just a few select items and make them well, with good, fresh ingredients and of course most importantly of all consistently good food! If others followed that protocol, nobody would be hurting for business and they wouldn't have to go out of business! So I love In-N-Out Burger! They are very smart...
