Decent amount of seating, small parking lot. We went as a larger party, so they placed us in a private room. The food is overall decent, our favorites were beef, chicken heart, and chicken skin. The pork belly was a bit small on the stick and doesn't come out as good as normal pork skewer yakitori because there is so little pork, the lean part of the meat was a bit dry. I probably would have just ordered more beef over the pork. The beef cooks quickly and was pretty juicy!
We also ordered their spicy cucumber, lamb soup, and some quail egg appetizer in sweet and sour sauce. Overall service was decent, our server was pretty friendly, and gave us some cheese corn on the house when the initial cucumber appetizer came out incorrectly.
It cost 8 of us approximately 330 dollars before tips, would probably be less if you don't get any beer/drinks.
The decor of the restaurant is mid, but unless you're here for a romantic date, it didn't matter.
Overall I wouldn't mind...
Read moreI've never had skewers cooking in front of me at a restaurant before. Super fun.
We ordered the mild spicy beef, gizzard, and beef tongue, and quail for skewers and the cold noodles and cucumber with black mushroom dish.
Everything was so good. The food was so tasty. Every skewer was chef's kiss. I really enjoyed the dipping options that were provided for the meats. They also give you a small steamed egg (yum). The cold noodles and the cucumber salad was refreshing.
Service was incredibly attentive. Refilled our side dishes, checked on the skewers and our table regularly. I really want to emphasize on how great the service was because the restaurant was full and they still managed to provide excellent service.
They even gave me a flower for mother's day 🌼
Can't wait to come back to try more...
Read moreThis place is fine. The meat quality is average, I order pork belly and marinated beef but the beef is put a lot of either cooking wine or vinegar so the taste is little weird. This place has the auto rolling meat on the grill which is really nice, also because of this, I recommend this place for the ones who mainly talk during the eating because it gonna take a little longer to cook than the traditional way. The service is good, they will remind you the meat is good to eat, or they will help u take it off. The fried rice is really oily, maybe some other dishes, and not flavorful enough, and also how they can’t mix shrimp and egg in the fried rice? like half and half, it has to be...
