Beware, this place overcooks your meat more times then not and their seasoning and salads are inconsistent. I always put the same comment in the special request section on the online order, which reads " medium Rare for meat more on the rare side and no hummus ,two side salads" for my Beef Kabob Order. In the past I will admit I have not always taken the time to call and let the manager of the place know about the issue, but have just thrown the meal away, because the meat has been cooked to like shoe leather. Tonight however I did call them, as I am a little frustrated at the number of times it has happened to me now. I asked to speak to a manager, who basically got on the phone, never even offered to recook the order, who basically just told me that not all the letters in my special comments showed up on their personal online ordering page. I find quite funny because she told me it said medium the first work of my special comment, but it didn’t show rare the second word in my comment, and I did get two side salads in each of the plates I ordered, so I guess their online ordering system only drops the second word of your special instructions. Her response was to ask me if next time if I could type the comment medium rare not only at the start of the comment but at the end as well. I just blows my mind that this is what some restaurants have come to believe is good customer service, especially when there is so many other options for places out there. Had the manager just said sorry and offered to recook the plate right I would have probably continued to order from them in the future, but I guess they think they are to good to get their orders right and that customers are lucky to have their food rather then they are lucky to have their customers. It would do this place good to learn without your customers, you don’t have a business. As for me, I will never return to this place, there are to many others out there that are just as good...
Read moreOne Friday night my husband and I thought we would go to dinner over to Souplantation it was a little later than normal around 7 so to say the least it was beyond packed the line at the door, my husband started to get a little upset and I said you know what let's just try another place so we went to the newest Little Greek restaurant in the same complex my husband was very weary of it cuz he's never had Greek food before as we walked across the parking lot he looked at the menu on the window and symbol I can't hurt to try it. We were literally the only customers in the restaurant at 7 on a Friday night we ordered and 8th and thought it was absolutely fabulous we had the chicken and it couldn't have been more delicious if there is one little tiny downside..... they are a little pricey even though you do get a lot of money for what...
Read moreI ate the gyro wrap and overall found it enjoyable. The portion was almost too big, the quality was very good. As I typically like my food on the spicy side. The side sauce was plenty hot, but there was not flavor in the sauce- just heat. I also had a difficult time differentiating between the tortilla and the non-edible paper used to serve the wrap. I may have had difficulty due to the fact that I was wearing sunglasses and was VERY hungry. This may have caused me to not look too closely at my food. I ended up eating part of the paper. I'm not sure if I should have ditched the sunglasses, not eaten my food too quickly, or if this is all their fault. I'll just say it was their fault and it tasted good- especially the bites...
