I want to commend the employee Madi.

My favorite flavor ever is the Mexican Chocolate Brownie. It reminds me of my time living in Mexico and tastes like home. I was sad to hear that the locations closest to me were out, as it was limited addition. I called a few locations, and when I spoke to Madi, she said she didn’t have any today, but she would be getting a shipment tomorrow.

The next day she gave me a call as soon as the shipment of that flavor arrived!! I was shocked to hear that she remembered my phone call, and I was very pleasantly surprised by her initiative and care to call me back and follow up!

She was very empathetic, and Madi doing that for me showed her true character and commitment.

I got a 2 scoop sundae and not happy that they are getting very stingy with their ice cream and hot fudge. I think they may have given me child size scoops and very little hot fudge. My partner got a shake and asked for a spoon because of ear problems is not able drink/suck with a straw. The worker said that the straw has a spoon on the end. It did not. So got up and asked for a spoon again. The the same worker that severed us told us that a shake doesn’t get a spoon and continued to not be helpful. Very disappointed in the service we got. Honestly, if I could give 0 stars, I would. If you like rude service then this is the place to go to. I was told that I could get a refund if I went back to the store, and when I did, they said I had to wait until the next day for the manager to arrive.
