Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Gardena

I would agree the staff is very rude here. Being muslim I don't have many choices out to eat and I feel they are sarcastic and rude when asking for what I want in my burrito bowl. I mean they wouldn't be behind the glass making my food if I didn't want it done a specific way. When I ask for extra rice it's as if I am speaking a different language. I also offer to pay an additional fee for the extra scoop. Also last night when I visited this location the woman was rude in telling me it's an additional fee for rice which by the way was bland with no season no cilantro or lime.Then when I ask for my ingredients they take this huge scoop of pico de gallo and smack it on my burrito bowl after being told to use half a scoop. It's as if they are fed up with assisting their customers. I find they have bad attitudes all around when I go there, and they never mention the forks are next to the drink station. Just plain RUDE! and I have been going to this chipotle for some time nothing has changed. Came here yesterday because i was in the area for my soup and decided to stop for my adult kids. Parked and walked in. Wasnt greeted at all. I get in line and employee says they are only taking debit or credit card and there is no quac. Ok fine. I ordered 2 bowls. Where do I start. The white rice was clumped together and he didnt even try to get them out, not enough and when I asked for more he only put a dash of rice like come onnn! Then alittle beans like under half the spoon, yound lady did the chicken, was a full scoop. My next bowl, barbacoa, she took the tongs to pick up meat, hardly anything, 2 times 1/2 tablespoonful if that. Put the rest of toppins on. I go pay with card, insert can to pay. Tells me to remove card, thought i was done, he says insert again, i do that, says remove card, again he says it didnt read. I tap and it takes card. I just hope i dont have 3 charges on my card. Experience was horrible. Kids stated food was horrible. That store needs to get it together. Ill just go to my regular Chipotle,...

So I stand in line 10 minutes or more, get the counter and order the Sofrita Taco's, they had enough meat for maybe 1 & 1/2 tacos I asked if they could get more meat & the girl says at 5:00 pm we don't have any..I'm like well can u go see she walks to the other side of the counter comes back and says no, instead of asking the cook or people in the back, it was just NO..this is the 3rd time I've come to this Chipotle and been disappointed with not only the service but the quality of the food. The Sofritas that were there were so DRY it was unbelievable, the food counter was messy(per usual) And the Nonchalant i really don't give a dam* attitude was there so instead of asking for a manager I had just had enough & left...NEVER AGAIN...this place needs to be closed. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the young guy who took my order explained to me that he was new & he apologized for his Mistakes in taking my order wrong at 1st but his politeness was much appreciated..Terrible...
