My experience here was awful. We ordered a pickup and I asked for a special request of just two eggs Benedict without any of the sides, among other things. The lady on the phone, Kerry, was extremely rude and impatient. However I ordered regardless since I figured it was a stressful day. We went to pick it up and although Kerry assured she could do that special request on the phone, I got two eggs Benedict meals as opposed to just the two without the sides like I asked. Surprised, I told her there was a little mistake and reminded her of my order. Kerry made an incredibly huge deal about it, and began to go back and forth with me? Even though she said it would be fine on the phone? Finally, she ended the back and forth with “you’re crazy.” Appalled, I asked for her manager and she claimed she was the owner, though this is not true at all. She returned with my refund and started telling me to get out of the car. People seated outside heard her, as did my partner that came with me. I kept asking her the reason for me to leave my car after she gave me my refund, and she told me to leave my vehicle numerous times. She started approaching my car while telling me the same thing so we made a report. Police officer said she had no reason to act like this under a business and said who knows what she would do if we did get out of the vehicle.
