I am telling you that I am so appreciative to the current managers and staff at this location right now. This location was going downhill fast in the last couple of years and because of that I have not been back. But I was willing to give this location another try this weekend because I did not want to have to drive to Snow Road again to get me some Arbys.I know its just a roast beef sandwich but let me tell you how extremely satisfied i am right now about this location with the way whoever the wonderful people working the slicer and making sure the roast beef is tenderly thinly sliced and is absolutely perfect. i was always afraid to go to this Arbys restaurant for the last year or so because you never knew the consistency of the way the roast beef would be sliced. Sometimes it would be sliced too thick or you would have pieces from the end of the roast that were gross to see on your sandwich. My biggest problem with this location for the last year or so was when I would order the DOUBLE Beef N Cheddar sandwich, I would open it when i got home and it was for sure just a regular sized portion of roast beef. I have been eating here for 30 years and I know the difference in the portions. It was always such an inconvenience and unnecessary stress to not know what to expect when you opened up your sandwich. That was DEFINITELY not the problem the week of December 8, 2023 because I have ordered 5 or six Double Beef N Cheddars and every single one was so nicely sliced the way that everyone who eats at Arbys knows exactly what I mean. I have had the best sandwiches this week at this location and I beg the management to recognize the people who are running the slicer this weekend and especially on December 10, 2023 to please give them a raise or bonus and let them train other managers at other locations that THIS is how it should be done. I know its just fast food but its super important to me to let those know who work in the restaurant how much it is deeply appreciated when the food comes out so delicious. Read moreAbsolutely trash. Ordered combos and we upgraded to large. Got three, less than half filled boxes of cold hard fries. The service is hit or miss. Lately it's been miss miss and more miss. Arby's in this area was the go to to escape bad fast food experiences. Now I long for the Burger King on Turney in comparison. I've contemplated seeing if McDonald's has improved at all. Maybe the food is lower quality but at least you get the quantity you pay for. I know the cost of eggs and meat products have increased but how much are potatoes really? My last three to four experiences have been bad. It's been terrible and an expensive lesson in "don't keep doing the same thing" over and over expecting a different result. The staff have bad attitudes with the exception of the corporate types we can tell weren't hired from the area and brought from elsewhere. But they never stay. They throw the food together in the box any kind of way. 7 times out of 10 you have to go back because either the food is cold or they forgot something...and there's always an attitude if you check your food before pulling off or complain about the 6.5 stale cold fries they throw in a large box that costs now almost $2.00 bucks more than they did. Read moreI had ordered food for me and the family and I got a chicken sandwich im alittle extra and order the ingredients I like on it, when I got home I open my sandwich up as anyone should to check for quality and contaminants, i ended up no getting chicken breast a worker put a fat chicken strip instead. And for a 14$ meal i was dissatisfied, I worked a 12hr shift and drove home 1hr from litchfield and was exhausted. So I called the store and talked to Latisha Holmes and she immediately gave me quality service, I texted her number a picture of the sandwich and they made me a fresh one the next day for I was too tired to drive up there again.
