We were staying in the area for the weekend. called for an order and told them which hotel we were at; the girl on the phone never took my name or room number, just took the pizza order and then said "it's on its way" and hung up on me. I called back about 20 minutes later and asked about it since they didn't have my name etc. and again all she said was "it's on its way" and hung up on me again. I called back and told her not to hang up on me and could she tell me how long before delivery. She said "I don't do deliveries" I then asked if she could ask someone else and she said "yes" and then AGAIN hung up on me. I called back and told her to not hang up on me again and her response was "my bad." Really.... that's how you treat customers. I couldn't get a response. almost 2 hours later the delivery guy calls from the parking lot of the hotel (obviously they use caller ID, because they never asked for my phone number) - when I told him I didn't want the pizza, he got mad and yelled at me for not calling and cancelling the order since he had to "drive all the way here" -- mind you they were less than 5 miles from the hotel. I told him maybe if the girl wouldn't have been so rude and hung up on me 4 times, maybe I would have called. I told him he was 2 hours late - he yelled again and then hung up on me. I am so thankful I was paying cash and they didn't have my credit card. They were so disrespectful and rude - hanging up on customers and not telling someone how long a delivery would be etc. At this point, it was after 10:00 p.m. and we just decided not to eat dinner...... Read moreIf it were possible I would leave no stars at all. Called in an order to be delivered at 6pm yesterday 10/16. When it did not arrive by 6:15pm I called the store. The man asked me where it was on the tracker. I told him it wasn't being tracked because I placed the order over the phone. He puts me on hold for 11 minutes. Then hangs up on me. I have to call back and that is when I find out that they put the delivery in for today 10/17, and had the nerve to act like it was my fault. They told me they could refund me and start the order all over again, but that it may take up to 7 days to get the refund depending on my financial institution. I asked to speak with the manager and he said sure not problem. I get hung up on again. The next time a girl answers the phone and tells me the manger Leo just left and should be back in an hour. I had to explain the situation to her and asked for the refund, but she told me I would need to speak with Leo, and for me to call back. I called back an hour later and he still was not there. She took my name, but not my phone number. When I asked "don't you need my number, she said she already had it. She was going to reach out to Leo and he would get back to me as soon as possible. Another hour goes by and I call back and am told by the girl "I told you we would reach out to Leo and if he has time he will reach out to you"., and then she hung up on me. Read moreI've ordered from this location off and on since 2020 when I moved here so I feel I have a vast amount of experience to leave a review. This place is TERRIBLE they ALWAYS get my order wrong either by messing up my pizza toppings or leaving off items. Frequently I order Salad and either do not get dressing or the wrong dressing, alot of the time my drink is missing. I understand food service sucks as a job I've done it but you ARE getting PAID to serve food and all persons in the chain are responsible for poor customer service. My hard earned money is not charity for service workers who could give two sh!ts about their customers. The last order I made will certainly be the LAST my pizza toppings were not only wrong the cheese on top was crusty and hard and it looked like it was an old pizza. It was also cold but honestly looked like a day or two old not just cooled down. Also several times I've ordered online and never received my order only to call and be told there were no drivers effing seriously? That specific response was ridiculous.
