McDonald's — Restaurant in Garfield Heights

UNBELIEVABLY BAD- This may be the very worst McDonalds experience I have EVER HAD. You would be better off making your own McDonalds at home. The staff of this location are so TERRIBLE, it's shocking to even imagine that this location has any business at all.

I went to this location on a Tuesday afternoon, shouldn't be too busy or too hard to make 2 meals right? I ordered through the app and pulled into the Curbside spot and awaited my food. I waited... and waited for over 25 MINUTES and at that point I decided to walk in and see what the issue was inside. I walk inside and see the absolute CHAOS that is this location. I stood by the counter waiting to speak with someone.. As I waited, the employees were dancing, singing, laughing and joking.. NOT MAKING ANY FOOD. I think out of the LITERAL 10 EMPLOYEES, perhaps there was ONE PERSON making food. After about 10 minutes of standing there, one of the employees pointed at me and someone came to the counter and asked "What I wanted"... Excuse me? I explained that I had a curbside pickup and that I had been waiting outside for roughly 30 minutes. The employee walked to the back and disappeared. Eventually another employee walked over when I said "Excuse me!". This second employee asked what I wanted as well and I explained to her. She went to the side and put some food together and gave me my meal FINALLY. I walked out with a total time spent at this location being 50 MINUTES. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE. The employees are not respectful and they clearly have ZERO training.

If you were expecting "FAST" FOOD... AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. You will be waiting an HOUR at LEAST. As a customer you come SECOND (or maybe third) to their horseplay and...

Given this location multiple chances, they aren't good with larger orders. 1 out of 5 have gone through with out issue. Even though I ordered what was on the menu with no changes at one point I ordered 2 40 piece nuggets which is something that they offer! (Its even an option on door dash) and the person that initially took the order had a shocked voice but when I got to the window to pay the person closes the window and then loudly yells like I cant hear him even though I'm RIGHT in front of him "That order real" and a few other comments. Having to wait wasnt the issue, they only gave me half of my order while sitting at there third window. I called them while still sitting at the window to let them know they were missing half my order and instead of just bringing me the rest of my food they required me to come in to bring them the receipt. When I went into the building the employees behind the counter weren't even sure what capacity people were allowed in the store. If they were allowed to eat in or not.

Went tonight with a smaller order, it was after 10. Didn't expect much but did expect more then cold fries i waited 5 minutes for that came out first and a soda that literally tasted like soda water with brown food coloring ( which i think they knew because the woman infront of me returned her drink and asked for a refund only to be moved up to the third window be given a new drink and what looked like a gift card).

This location is fine if you have a very small order and aren't in a rush to where you can't check your bags before you pull off. Don't...

The customer service I received today was absolutely horrid when I arrived I ordered a simple medium strawberry milkshake with one apple pie. My sibling had a barcode discount on the McDonald's app, when I told the young girl/employee my order she didn't put in my order I have no idea if she was refusing to serve me or the cashier system was down or not, Me expecting my order already being placed she said I'm new here as excuse for poor customer service I received. After I finally got my receipt a young female employee with a red wig in her hair told me they was out of whipped cream and I said well can you ask your manager if there's more in the back of the store after I asked that she walked away saying how I have such a smart mouth and is complaining to other employees at the back of the store making orders. When I saw she bring four new cans of whipped cream, I knew she was being lazy and disrespectful. Like excuse me you have to do your job. After she rudely gave me my order I waited for 10 minutes for my siblings one order of a large fry to be ready and served. when I went to the register and asked the young lady if it went through my order she said it did we forgot about it. Not only these young teenagers being disrespectful to their customers they're also getting an attitude with the customers for having to do their job. This is disgusting behavior.
