I have been a customer with Tiffany's for a while now and never experienced nothing wrong with my pizza's until today. I got my pizza and headed in to work. As I was eating, I found hair in my food. So I called Tiffany's back and asked to speak with a manger. The manger told me they could credit me for a newly made pizza and that was the end of our conversation. Mind you I had already thrown the pizza in the trash after taking these photos of the slice of pizza that had hair on it. She, the manger, calls me back and say when you come to pick up you new pizza, you have to bring the old pizza with you. I explained to her that I had thrown the pizza away and I have photos of the contaminated slice. She said "Okay", you will have to show those pictures when you pick up your new pizza. The third time around, the manger calls me again and says you have to bring the whole pizza with you we can not accept the pictures, after she just told me that they would due to the fact I explained to her I no longer had access to the old pizza. I asked her why she did not say that in our previous conversation when I initially called in. She stated " that she was a new manager and is still learning the procedures. So I then asked her what can be done on their behave at this point since I do not have the old pizza and the new manager failed to provide me with policy information? She told me that if I do not bring the old pizza in, they can not reimburse me a new pizza even though the manager gave me misleading information and not enough information the first time we spoke.
Thanks Tiffany's In Garfield for you poor customer service, I really appreciate it. If you look at the pictures i took, you can clearly see the piece of hair was baked underneath the cheese.

Read moreSitting at parking lot at Tiffany's Pizza. Wanted to pass on this positive review to those looking for a great bite at a great price (hoping the owner sees it too). Was in the area gwtting some other business done and starving so followed my rule that the locals know the best joints and askwd where I might go - and was directed to Tiffany's aas the only place to try. To my great pleasure this business is the epitome of those I love to support - owner operated with the owner present and engaged. When I arrived I was ecstatic to hear they do slices (and however you want them) as even the person who said "go" was not sure they did less tgan a small pie. Talked with the owner and learned a lot - customers can not stay snd eat, they deliver in a small radius but Door Dash has allowed those further away to get product. Slices were great but owner said their on site specialty breads and Grinders (great prices) with thia bread were what they were moat known for. Final note (owner said wvening shift was arriving), by the time I left and have sat here in the car, Tiffany's is HOPPING. I wondered with five staff standing around as I first entered and tge owner saying night shift was coming on what he meant, but as it is now a factory humming like clockwork with a steady line of take out (and delivery folk) I understand. Keep up the good work you are an inspiration to the small...
Read moreThis place has really gone down hill. They are cutting corners everywhere they can and I can tell with my food. Ordered a pizza well done the other day. It looked okay when she gave it to me but with the extremely CHEAP boxes they are now using (with advertisements inside) it creates condensation inside the box. Therefore my pizza was DISGUSTING!!!!!! I threw majority of it away. Tried to save some by air frying to crisp up. Didn’t even call to complain bc if you know Tiffany’s, they always think you are trying to get over on them so they never want to hear that something is wrong. Also changed up salad that I get and dressing to cut costs. You can’t raise prices AND start to have poor quality. I was the only person in there on a Saturday with only two workers. Can tell business has decreased. I see them going out of business very...
