We have always had rude unfriendly employees in that past and a few mistakes here and there, but tonight definitely topped all nights! My boyfriend and I ordered our food and when we got it everything was wrong. We turned right around and went back through the drive thru and told them our whole order was wrong. The employee rang up the wrong combo and a sandwich that we didn’t order. She got the manager and things went more down hill from there. She said “because it’s not in the receipt we can’t give you those sandwiches and the rest of the combo” we proceeded to repeatedly tell the manager that her employee miss understood us and ordered what she thought she heard which was wrong. She wouldn’t refund our money and start a new order that was right. And still wanted us to pay $17 for the 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches that we originally ordered. We ended up leaving there not getting our sandwiches and paid for missing items they weren’t willing to replace.

I asked for some Arby’s sauce…he handed me four. I asked for some more…handed me 4 more. Then he tells someone else in the kitchen that he had put 6 sauces in the bag and this lady wants like 10 more. Well I just spent $15. Read moreI was here to pick up a delivery for uber and not only did they cancel my order, but when I asked why and tried to get to the bottom of the situation they were extremely rude and unprofessional. They refuse to help the situation, refused to contact the customer, they refused to give me a corporate number so i could figure it out myself and threatened to call the tow truck on me for holding up the drive thru when all they had to do was explain the situation and give me a number for corporate. This went as a cancel strike against my account and im sure its happened to other delivery drivers because they refuse to take accountability and fix the situation. All they cared about was getting rid of me as soon as possible as if I was the one causing the issue. I will NEVER eat here or recommend this place.
