Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Garfield Township

If I could choose no stars that would be more accurate. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! Ordered the Philly cheesesteak online only to be charged full price though the website said it was $12. At pick up local store told me I was overcharged and gave me a number to call to resolve it. Called the number and after waiting 15 min on hold was told it was because I didn’t use a promo code. I said there was no promo code. He said then it’s because you ORDERED IT FROM THE WRONG PLACE on the website (really!?!). Was told to cancel my order and place a new one. This was 2 hours after I picked up the pizza. I told him that was not possible as we already picked it up. I asked if he was going to resolve the issue. He said NOPE. Thanks Papa John’s for your poor service from start to finish the experience was not surprising and reminded me of why I rarely get your pizzas in the first place. They certainly ARE...

I unfortunately need to edit my review from 5 stars to just 3, as under new ownership this Papa Johns seems to be lacking 75% of the deals they used to have. I used to get a XL pepperoni pizza under a promotion deal for $13.99; and because of that price I ordered nearly every other week. Now this deal doesn't even exist unless you want to try whatever new, weird crust option they have. Without this deal and given current inflation, I can no longer afford to eat here. Please for the love of pizza bring back the deals that every other Papa John's in America seems to have except TC's.

PREVIOUS REVIEW JAN 2024: Probably the best Papa Johns location I have been to. Always providing service with a smile and I've never had an order come back wrong or missing something; and I think that's rather impressive given I've ordered from here A LOT. One of my go-to pizza spots in town when I want something affordable...

This store is absolutely horrible. As a former employee here who was wrongfully fired after a week of no response from the manger. I loves this store alot and put alot of time and effort into that store to be treated horribly .... karma don't like ugly.. mabe that is why the store is falling apart and had mold in the walk in cooler ect.... food goes bad soon as it gets to the store the floor floods the health department needs to pay a visit. I don't need to make anything up I have several pics of this store inside and out mabe as an owner you should do better this isn't the first time I've had an issue with ur company on false and lies.... I was fired wrongfully after the current GM there borrow 2k from me I have all the proof and evidence of all...
