A few days ago I wrote a review about that'sa Pizza and my thoughts about Pizza in general. At the time I wrote the post I thought I had spent $23+ on a medium pizza and a drink, however, upon further review I would like to revise this. The pizza I purchased, was indeed, a large. So the price that I paid was absolutely correct and Iwould like to apologize for writing a post without knowing, absolutely, what I'm writing about, and I will do my do diligence in the future to have all the correct information before writing a review again. Also, I'm a firm believer in supporting our local family owned businesses and this business is no different. It's come to my attention that the gentleman that owns this particular that'sa Pizza is a local Michigander and him and his wife have owned this one for a couple of years now. Also, his wife is one of our unsung heros that doesn't get nearly enough credit, in my oppinion, she's a overworked and under paid nurse, so please, go into this particular that'sa Pizza and show them some love. I will be very careful with the rest of my reviews so this doesn't happen again. I hope this...
Read more7/14/ 25 - Update, they followed up with a call, issued a refund, and apologized. I really appreciated the accountability. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them matters — and they did come through in the end. Disappointed with both the service and the lack of accountability. I placed an online order and was given an estimated delivery time online, but the pizza took over two hours to arrive. When I called to ask about it, they told me the time on their website is wrong and made no effort to fix or acknowledge that issue.
I asked to be refunded, and was told they "don’t do refunds for online orders." No solution, no apology, just a rigid policy that left me without support.
It’s unacceptable to provide incorrect information on your own platform and then refuse to take responsibility for the customer experience. I won’t be ordering from here again.
P.S - Still haven't...
Read moreEverything about this place was awesome. First and foremost the pizza was spectacular. We ordered a 14" BBQ Chicken Pizza and it was so good. The crust was perfect, the toppings were plentiful and well spread out and the sauce was tangy and delicious. The pie and the crust were not too thick and perfectly crunchy. Felt like they must make the dough fresh. Oh and the kid had a 8" personal cheese pizza and it was the perfect size for them to finish off. The manager and the wait staff were all very nice and attentive and, even though the place was busy, took time to chat with us. There were some games available in the back to play (a pool table, a fooseball table, and larger connect 4 board) which was a nice touch. No live music when we were there but they had a piano and a whole mic setup. 100% would recommend and visit again. It's nice to visit a pizza place and sit at a table and...
