Updating to our most recent experience-

I don’t typically leave bad reviews, but last night‘s experience was so upsetting, I don’t appreciate how the situation was handled andI want to make sure it is on management’s radar.

I came with my two children to watch a movie. I asked the server, Nelson, if I could pay in cash, I counted my cash three times before the server came to us to make sure I didn’t order above my means as I had forgotten my debit card. I had a $20 bill, $10 bill, $5 bill and three $1 dollar bills. My first order total $23 and some change, I handed the server a $20 bill, a $5 bill, and a $1 bill to add to their tip. Leaving me with a $10 bill and two $1 bills. We asked for a glass of water because my daughter was coughing, he advised they can’t give free glasses of water and I would have to buy a water bottle. I handed the server a $10 bill, he advised he would bring my change back when he brought the bottle of water.

Another server brought a bottle of water about 15-20 minutes later, I mentioned that I am still waiting on my change. My original server returns about 30 minutes before the movie ends and tells me that I gave him a $5 bill, his tone sounded more like a question than a statement. I told him I gave you a $10 bill, we proceeded to go back-and-forth in the midst of the movie still playing, and he finally digresses, said OK and just walked away.

He never returned, I had to find him after the movie was over. He still proceeded to tell me that I gave him a $5 bill and still has yet to mention my change from this $3 bottle of water. I wasn’t given any receipts for either of my orders either. After becoming frustrated with him, I asked for a manager the manager proceeds to tell me that she would take my name and phone number and call me after they completed count at the end of the night. I need to wait for you to complete count when I am telling you exactly what has transpired with the server? That’s insane. She tells me she’s just trying to resolve the situation and not hurt anyone’s ego, I told her there’s not an ego to hurt, I told you exactly what I gave him and you’re making it very clear that you’re protecting the server and not believing what I’m telling you.

She also tells me that the server told her he tried to give me my change and I wouldn’t take it, that never happened. He didn’t mention my change or try to hand me change when he originally came to speak with me, he even admitted he never even put my order into the system. So at this point, I’ve paid $10 for a bottle of water and I’m having to argue to get my change.

So you have a server who didn’t put my order in the system, lied about trying to give me my change and is then lying about the amount that I gave him. I understand mistakes happen, but to have zero accountability from the server and the manager to have the audacity to tell me they will call me after count has been completed to verify if I’m telling the truth or not is completely ridiculous.

I used to love this place, not sure what happened but service has definitely gone downhill.

Original review: This is our go to theater, even though we live almost 30 minutes away. It’s always clean, seats always work and everyone is friendly. The one time we did have an issue with our seat not working, the manager was great in resolving the...

I wish I could have given this a good review. I had heard so much good things about this place. But unfortunately the staff that was working when I went with my child was just bad. I did the premium bowling lanes because I was told that they were better and I would have a personal waiter/waitress for food and drinks. When I got to my area the place needed cleaning and the food and drinks (drinks were hot even with ice in them, and the food was so so) were delivered 30 minutes after I was able to order them. The waitress apologized saying they were short staffed. I shrugged it off and continued on. There was no one available at the laser tag area so I continued to try to enjoy all the other games available until someone was. The laser tag was fun when we did it. But the young man that was there seemed very uninterested in doing his job. He was slow in walking to the area and was slow at delivering the instructions (what little there were) we over heard on the walkie talkie that the management was instructing its employees to take longer breaks or go home because they were not fully staffed. That seemed odd to me. After playing a few more games, we wanted to try the rock climb. Again, no one was there! I approached another young kid working the laser tag area and he said that someone would be along shortly. Which they were. And it was the uninterested young man from before. I stood there for a moment to make sure they could communicate whatever they were needing to talk about. Then I approached both young men, after seeing a 3rd worker walk up to them and then leave. They were in no rush to do anything. I asked "So what's going on?" They told me "We are trying to figure out who is going to go over there because we leave in 1 minute". LUCKILY! A very nice young man came over and took care of us. He assisted us in the rock climb and all was well. After spending all the time we wanted to on the rest of the games we decided to go to the gift shop to cash out and get some prizes for all the credits/tickets won. AGAIN! No one was there!! I went to the person at the front desk and asked of someone could assist us. Someone DID come. And it was that very nice young man again. He apologized for being late. And I told him "Don't worry about it, you seem to be the ONLY person working here". We were able to get out prizes and then we left. I am sure this place is alot of fun. But unfortunately for me this night, I caught it at the WRONG time. It really messed up what could have been a wonderful experience. It was basically us trying to salvage a night instead of enjoying it. A BIG THANK YOU to the young man that was so helpful to me and my child at the rock climb and gift shop. YOU are the reason I did not give...

This place is awesome! It’s beautifully done which may sound weird for an entertainment venue like this, but it really is. The colors and little design touches make it all very inviting.

We came here on a Thursday evening as a family. Being a Thursday, it wasn’t busy so we almost felt like we had the run of the place. We quickly figured out we needed a card to do anything. One can purchase a card at various kiosks around the lobby area. Originally thinking I’d get each of us our own card, I opted for one card to share as spending $100 on one card gave the best deal. For that $100, you get 600 points plus 10% off on everything you play for being a “VIP member”. If you get any smaller amounts on a card, games are full price (so $50 gets you 300 points and no discount).

Games range from 5 points to 24. The higher number point costs are things like bumper cars, laser tag, and rock climbing. The jumper cars were quite fun and we did it as a family. They are pretty fast and even though the room is small, you can still get around pretty well and have a good time.

Our girls did the rock climbing and loved that. They got four climbs each for the 20 points. They also did laser tag at 24 points and that was a 7 or 8 minute game.

All the regular arcade games were more like 5 or 6 points each. I was a hit disappointed that a few of the games we tried (like tomb raider and the rabbit one) had broken guns. But that happens everywhere with games.

There is also a ropes course that was closed for training. My girls are dying to do it, so next time for sure!

Across from the arcade is a dine-in theater which looked nice but we didn’t see anything. There are 8 theaters and they even offer classic/throwback moves certain days of the week.

The bowling alley is in the back. There aren’t a ton of lanes but they looked nice and modern with big screens over the back wall.

We ate dinner at the restaurant. Food was definitely a step up from standard concession food but it also wasn’t come-here-just-for-the-food good. It’s New York style pizza, sandwiches and burgers, a few entrees. Things like that. I would like to indulge in a shake next time as those looked pretty great.

It’s just a really fun place. Easy to spend a pretty penny here. We managed not to blow through our entire card, but it could easily be done. However, it really is a nice place. If management maintains it well, it will be a place we come back to in the entertainment and special...
