Dear Church's Chicken Management,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent dining experience at your restaurant on approximately 12:15 PM. My intention was to enjoy a meal, but unfortunately, the quality of the food and the service I received fell far short of expectations.
Firstly, the employee taking my order was quite abrupt and unhelpful. When I requested honey for my meal, I was informed that it was unavailable ā a surprising omission for a chicken restaurant.
More concerning was the condition of the food itself. My biscuit was severely burnt, exceeding any acceptable level of charring. The chicken leg and thigh were also overcooked and dry, while, conversely, the chicken tenders were significantly undercooked. The overall quality of the chicken was simply unacceptable; it was far from the tender, juicy chicken I have come to expect from Church's Chicken. The poor quality of the food left me feeling dissatisfied and, frankly, unwell.
I have been a loyal customer of Church's Chicken for many years and have always appreciated the taste and quality of your products. This experience was drastically different, and I hope that this feedback can be used to address the issues I encountered. I would appreciate it if you would take appropriate steps to ensure that your standards of food quality and customer service...

Then we pay for our food but she made a huge mistake on our order and usually we order the same thing and the price for our order seemed wrong.. had to ask for the receipt since she decided not to give it to us. And sure enough we were charged all wrong.. instead of fixing the situation she decided it was best to call the police on my husband who is a black man as If to scare us with the threat. Having my kids in the car to have someone threaten to āget the policeā put on my husband was a very traumatizing moment for them. DEFINITELY NEED THIS ADDRESSED...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo I placed an order online on their website and it said my food to be ready at 8:07 p.m. so I walk down the street got there to be told that they didn't have the chicken sandwich because they were frozen. Well I've already paid for my order so now I have the choose a replacement which we told them to replace with chicken tenders. After waiting a little bit we were told we were able to have our chicken sandwiches after all. We waited 40 minutes for our food. None of the workers had gloves on and were handling people's chicken. One of the workers had a piece of tissue stuck in his nose to prevent his runny nose which made me nervous..So you're sick and have no gloves on? They need to shut this location down! Very unsanitary. I will never order from this...
