Dutch Brothers recieves an A+ from me. This is a great coffee/drink/ and limited snack drive thru. They specialize in unique and delicious drinks. They even have energy drinks that will get you on your way with a smile. You can even get a free Puppuccino treat for your dog. The staff is always super outgoing, talkitive, and friendly. I haven't come across a rude person there yet.Told them what I wanted, and how I would like it made, as did my wife, and they whipped 'em right out, and they were made better than the drink I get from the other place, and cheaper too. This is strictly drive thru, or they have a walk up window. There is no inside dining, or outside tables. If they get a few cars in line, they will always come out to your car and take your order. They have a massive parking lot at this store, and you can park, enjoy your drink and watch the world go by for a few minutes or so. Great location, at Broadway and I-30, right next to QT. Traffic fluctuates, but is always busy. They have big muffin tops, and if you don't grab one to go with your drink, well, that means there is one more for me. These people do not disappoint, so run through and check them out, you'll be glad you did. And so will they. Ask about the Secret Menu. Use the Dutch Bros app and get free drinks in no time. Check online for the full menu and prices, as well as more locations near you. Always drive safe, love and look out for others. Thanks for taggin' along. See...
Read moreI won’t be coming here again, but the service was great! It’s my first time coming to DutchBros, first couple things I don’t like is that I looked on the website before coming and I had some trouble loading it, I wanted to see the drinks so I can figure out what I wanted but it’s completely out of the baristas control which I completely understand. I don’t like how the drive thru is on the side where Taco Bell is, it’s like oddly placed so you might get lost trying to figure out who drive thru you are going in. The drive thru is like Chick Fil A except you can’t talk to someone through the intercom, their were people driving behind me so I didn’t have much time to figure out what I wanted to order, I got the White Chocolate Macadamia, it’s not sweet so if you want sweet coffee ask for extra sugar but I can tell it was thoroughly mixed because I could taste the flavors, but I love a sweet coffee. The barista who hands the drinks to the customers shoutout to her, I felt like she was trying to make conversation and I just wanted my drink, I wasn’t expecting it, but she was still nice and sweet. The 5 stars are for the coffee shop and the hard workers there, granted I don’t find the shock value in DutchBros I can still be accountable and respect the people that work there and the LARGE drink was HUGE, so I like that! Read moreThis location has three drive thru lanes. I joined the first lane behind ONE car since there were two others in the middle lane still waiting to order. The broista went to the next car in line (finished) walked onto median, shook her head at the car in front of me (and smiled) then went to the next vehicle a truck. I assumed the truck was there first as all were there when I pulled in. Another car pulled into the middle lane behind the truck AFTER I ARRIVED and she moved to that car instead of coming into the first lane as expected. I asked after she finished that order was the lane I was in a functional drive thru and she said it was and CLAIMED she didn't know our two vehicles were there FIRST. She proceeded to laugh and talk to the car in front of me and handed the tablet to the driver of which I now assumed is a friend/coworker so I changed lanes to verify what was going on and hope that I would be served next in case another car pulled in. I was very disappointed in this service during this visit. This was my first time at this location and if I have anything to do with it, will be my LAST. The behavior was very unprofessional overall and not what I am used to at all. The name on my receipt which I requested (i never do) was Jenna P. She should be retrained on...
