If I could do zero stars I would. I had the worst experience at this whataburger. Awful awful awful service. After waiting in line for 14 mins I finally got to order. I'm typically not one to complain or be inpatient but it is very hard not to complain. I ordered 1 whataburger with grilled onions and bell pepper on it and a $0.50 jalapeño ranch sauce(no fries or drink) and a bacon cheeseburger combo which is the burger, 1 medium fry and a drink. That is it. 2 burgers, 1fry, and 1drink. I ordered my food at 12:14 . Didn't get the recipient and my change until 12:21. No biggy. I'm not there only customer. But then after waiting and waiting not even got our drink I look at my phone and seen it is 12:47. Then I finally get my drink. At 12:55 they give us (my spouse and I) our food and they gave us the wrong burger. Instead of onions and bell pepper it was mustard and pickles. So we knocked on the window and the girl standing there completely ignored us and she was standing right there in front of the window. She was standing there just waiting then she just walked off. She eventually comes back and we got her attention. She wasn't very nice(you could tell she was frustrated) when she opened the window but we still nicely told her it wasn't right and took the burger back because it was wrong (which is fine but most places typically let you just keep it or something) by this time it's after 1am and we've been here almost a hour for 2 burgers and a fry. The cook later comes to us and asks how we wanted it. Talking nonsense like "I'm going to hook you up" We didn't even get a free courtesy or anything. Also they were out of the jalapeño ranch and he never got it or our $0.50 and we left very upset. Not because were out $0.50 but that doesn't help. I love whataburger but I don't think I'll ever go back. As for my burger that was fine it was completely cold when we got home from sitting there an hour and I live minutes away. Also my patty wasn't even on the bun. Just super sloppy. So if you love people who ignore you and take their sweet precious time to screw up your order and be grumpy at you then this is the place for you. I wouldn't recommend anyone waste there time here. The service is so bad. Super slow, not very friendly, screw up your orders, and make you feel like a burden. And for the record I was respectful and nice the whole time. Just awful...

I tried to order delivery it was cancelled so i reordered and did a drive thru pickup when I arrived I was told not asked to go inside (if I wanted to do a carry out order I would have chose carry out 🙄 but i digress) so at this point I was a little agitated the girl that greeted me was rude she asked for the name which she should have gotten when she told me to come inside she gave me attitude because I had to yell in order for her to hear me also I had my dog in the car with me I told them I had my dog but they did not seem to care I had to fill up my own cup which was another annoyance because the ice machine was not working and when I told one of the workers she took my cup and only put ice in it she handed it back to me to fill up (so they can put ice in it but not fill it up 🧐. And when I asked to speak to a manager I got “he’s busy” 🙄 okay
The customer service at least form day shift is horrible I went to the drive thru and the person taking my order kept saying they could not hear me when I proposed that maybe it was their machine because I was yelling in order for them to hear me they said no and started to say something ( I can only assume she was about to argue with me) when I pulled to the window the person at that had taken my order stated that they couldn’t hear me and that I was talking to low I immediately told them to get the manager. The manager told me that they had a hard time hearing me and claimed it was because of the rain and no time did anyone offer an apology! Also and no point did I actually yell at any of the employees even the manager the only time I yelled is when I was trying to place my order and they “couldn’t hear me”
You would think if you can’t hear the customer you would ask them to pull to the window. I wasn’t aware that it is the customers fault if the employees can’t hear...
Read moreOk .. so we decided to go here before we went shopping. After waiting at the counter for about 5 minutes somebody finally came over and took our order about 15 minutes after that I didn't hear them working they were just standing around so I went to go ask for our food was they didn't know she looked at it and it's like oh I guess we gave it to the wrong people so then they start making our food we got a number 13 and a patty melt combo we finally got half of our food well almost 3/4 and they forgot my patty melt they gave my wife her chicken strips they gave me the ranch that I requested and the onion rings that I requested in lieu of the French fries but no Burger and the girl looked at me like she didn't understand why I was looking at her funny needless to say my wife is starting to eat her food I ended up waiting for about 10 minutes as I gave up went up to the front and demanded my money back on at least my combo the manager came up front to process my refund which he refunded my whole meal he looked so defeated like he had little control of the staff I felt very sorry for him, he apologized when giving me my refund.
