Dominos is number one as far as pizza chains go in the US. This is singularly based on their delivery model. This location has failed time and time again to meet this basic standard.
This location obviously has serious issues with staffing. We have yet once in the last two years to get a delivery in under 45 minutes, no matter the day of the week.
On the most recent occasion. The pizza was done for more than 30 minutes before a delivery driver even got it. Needless to say, it was dried out completely substandard.
On previous occasions we have called to figure out where the disconnect is. The managers on shift every time have been apathetic to their own failure. If you are unable to service your customer, you should at the very least reach out and let them know. Under promise and over deliver is a motto in the service industry for a reason.
Whoever is running this store needs to answer some questions as to who they have in management. And why they, their management team, cannot fulfill the service they are supposed to be providing. Even at a...
Read moreOk, this review is not to reflect all Domino's Pizza, just this location. I ordered my typical hand tossed pepperoni, spinach, olives, and mushrooms Domino's pizza, the Philly Steak Tots, and the new Lava Bites dessert. The entire order was AWEFUL! The pizza was tough, the flavor was bland, and the smell of the pizza reminded me of a public restroom. The tots were covered in bland cheese, did not resemble my normal Philly Steak Tots, but instead seemed as if they were created from a 3rd world country's alleyway kitchen! The dessert was similar to burnt toast covered in chocolate. I now understand the reason this location has a 2.8 star rating on Google. They're truly lucky to have a rating above 2 stars! With all this said- this review doesn't reflect the customer service. My phone complaint was handled with the utmost professionalism. Just wish I could get my $37 back. You know food is bad when your dogs walk away from human food! The entire meal...
Read morePlaced an online order. Called after an hour & 15 minutes to check the status. Was told the tracker information was misleading, that the ovens were backed up & that my pizzas were next to go in. I did not order pizza. Less than 10 minutes later, the delivery driver showed up with my barely warm, dry pasta & dry brownies. Fine. I don’t like that the store lied to me about the status of my order but, Ok. Anyone can have a bad night. My order comes to $28.37. I hand the driver $40.00. Drivers cannot make change for more than $20.00; per web site. He tells me he has No change. And just stands there. Like I’m supposed to tip him $12.00 on a bad, late delivery Because he has no change? Seriously? I finally told him he could take the food back or go get change. He said he would go get change but did I want to hold on to my money while he did. He was a lot faster coming back for his money than he was delivering my order. Not a great...
