I was absolutely appalled with the manager and employees at this store. I went to visit my parents this evening and they asked me to pick up pizza for the family. We ordered ahead, I waited the 15 minutes they said and went to pick up. I paid with a credit card but request to have a $20 broken so I could give my parents extra money back. Rebecca said she couldn't and I assumed it was due to me paying with a card and couldn't open the drawer. After 2 other customers paid in cash I asked while the door was open if she would mind breaking the bill then. She refused with an attitude and said that it would mess up her drawer so I asked the lady at the other side of the counter and with an attitude she said no she wouldn't so I asked to speak to the manager and explain to him I was just trying to give cash back to my parents and I would appreciate him breaking it anyway possible even if that were ones. He opened the drawer look down and said nope sorry can't help you rolled his eyes and walked away. Then I watch our three pizzas come out of the oven get boxed up and they put them in the warming machine and had me wait an additional 15 minutes after already being there 15 minutes waiting at that time. I asked the manager's name and I asked the girls at the counter's names and they rudely told me that they were not allowed to give out personal information. This was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had in a business. What happened to the mentality of a customer purchasing from a company is paying the company for a service the company is only in business because they have customers. It makes no sense that they would treat customers so poorly, so disrespectfully, and think that their business is ever going to thrive. Not only have they just lost the 20 regular customers of our family close to that location but I will tell everybody I know about how horrible this experience was. Read moreI was going to order my usual Pizza Hut supreme pizza tonight, but saw an ad for Pizza Patron. I'd heard of the place but never tried it, so I figured why not.... I got a 2 specialty pizza deal and ordered their supreme pizza and the chicken bacon alfredo pizza online. I got there at the time it indicated they would be ready (place was not busy) and they were. (Check off one item in the review.) Checked to see that I got the pizzas I ordered - which I did. Upon opening the boxes my first thought was that they were kinda skimpy on the toppings. They didn't look like the pictures on the website. The taste of them was okay. The supreme had the tiniest touch of spice (heat) to it. Which was fine since it's a 'Latin' version of a pizza. I actually preferred the overall taste of the chicken bacon alfredo pizza vs the supreme. (I usually get a supreme because I believe that the more ingredients the better the pizza.) But neither of them made me say "WOW, that's a great pizza!" The crust was okay - not cardboard like and not mushy. But wishing they had more varieties to the crust one can order. It's very frustrating that simple things can't be done right and then you receive attitude for not getting what you ordered and paid for. 1/24/25 I ordered 2 pizzas and also garlic butter crust. Neither had what I asked for and then after calling back I was told that they were out of it. She also asked if I wanted them to redo them then or within 2 weeks time. I'm not sure how I would've gotten what I ordered if you just said one of the requests was out. Fast forward to getting the replacements and also ordering a 5 meat pizza in addition to those 2 and I still didn't get the garlic butter on the crust as promised. I called back today to try to reach the head manager, I was placed on hold without even waiting for me to respond after they asked and then they never came back to the line.
