We were there for over an hour due to the long line. They had three employees working and would leave one individual working by herself. The other two would continuously leave to the back. The line was wrapped all the way to the back of the building and they took a long time to take our order and then complete our order. When we were charged, the cashier charged us for a large bag of Doritos and we received a small. Also, they forgot the avocado on our duro preparado but due to the long line we didn’t want to go back to have this corrected we were already frustrated. We had already had to return once for them to correct the bag of chips. I had a good experience, store is neat and clean, employees are very professional, but, lines are too long in the wrong direction, because it starts at the entry and goes along the front to the back of the store, so to enter the store you must go thru the line to go back and then after paying you need to cross the line again. Decoration is confusing and prices are not easily available (I didnt seen them) so I paid about $22 for two ice creams and two paletas. Paletas comes in tons of flavors. This place is good if you are looking for a more exotic or specific flavor, like nanche or maraculla, but, if you want a more common flavor, like lemon or strawberry, I would go to Brawms or to the stores across the street for a...

I would recommend coming and giving it a try. Due to it recently opening you will have to wait in line but the line moves at a good pace. Some of there items are a bit overpriced. For about 11 items it was $66 😬 In my opinion I would just get there ice cream popsicles and their corn. One recommendation I would suggest.
