Nice hole in the wall restaurant where I go for my favorite trompo tacos I've tried so far.

I primarily do pickup orders on account of how small the place is and you get your entree along with some small red potatoes, grilled onions, two sauces with varying kicks for the masochists, cilantro mix, etc.; assuming you order in intervals of 20 tacos then this place is a pretty great value assuming you like or eat most of the above.

COVID: They have markers on the floor at 6 feet intervals for pickup orders, they've got a plexiglass-like barrier over the register and all of their employees have masks on as well as gloves. If you read all these reviews about the best Trompo tacos in DFW they are lying. They were okay but not the best in DFW. I got fajita, carnitas, Trompo and barbacoa to try them out. Trompo were the only ones to actually have a chance to enjoy your food but again I drove from Oak Cliff to supposedly try the best tacos in DFW they even said best in Garland. This place never disappoints. It's been feeding my family and friends for years and will continue being a customer for many more. Staff is friendly, food is always delicious, friendly warm environment. Don't let its small size fool you, what it lacks in space it make up for in taste and authenticity.
