I went to pick up lunch for my coworkers and decided to go inside since I had several orders & wanted to make sure it was correct. The cashier was very rude. I asked to speak to the manager. She said "he is busy" & preceeded to make several drive thru orders & then when someone else came inside she took his order. Never once letting the manager know I was waiting to talk to him. I eventually got in my car & drove to the drive thru window to speak to the manager. At which point I explained that all I was trying to do was get lunch for my coworkers and did not appreciate the way his employee had treated me. I asked for her name and he told me I will take care of it. I asked him several times and he finally said Flor. Which I am not sure I believe. I told him I would be including it in my survey. I have gone there many times before. And even when they messed up my order I returned. But I will not be returning again. Blatant rudeness is not acceptable in the service industry. Read moreThis is the worst place I have ever been to/ I will never go back and I am going to tell everyone I know to stay far away. First off the restaurant is very old and run down. The bathrooms were disgusting. There was no soap and toilet paper all over the floor/ Then we went to order the food and we were ignored by the staff/ We stood there for 5-10 minutes before any one even acknowledged us. The manager finally rang us up. He was very unpleasant and seemed very angry. Maybe he just hated his job. The food was gross. The biscuits were hard, the bacon was burnt, the eggs were nasty and runny, the ham looked bad, the fruit was warm, the grapefruits were mushy, the french toast was under cooked, and there was no syrup. Read moreYesenia the cashier in thedrive thru gave me the wrong change I made her aware after honking my horn several times to get her attention and she fixed that problem.. before leaving I checked my order and my food was wrong she had forgotten to add cheese but she repeated it back over the intercom. At this point I have to park my car and go inside. This made me upset since it defeated the whole purpose of going in the drive thru.
