On Tuesday, March 25, 2025 I placed a curb side order for a veggie sandwich. The sandwich wasn't fixed right and the lady wouldn't try to correct it. She said she couldn't make changes. I left the sandwich. I called the store 109 N. First Street and asked for the manager. She said I would have to call and talk to her tomorrow (Wednesday). Then she laughed and told me her manager was her mother. I asked what difference would that make and she laughed and said "Girl, please". I'm a 67 year old woman. Girl should not be mentioned by her to no customer. I was not able to get a credit for the sandwich, chips and drink I didn't get. I will never go back in that store. Read moreI have never wrote a review, this time I felt the need to. The second I walked in to subway Rosa was extremely rude, I felt like if I was at boot camp. I tried to ignore the situation and it just got worse. When I asked for easy on the mayo, she slammed te sandwich with mayo on purpose, of course. Then we had an argument and finally I asked for the owner's phone number and of course as rude as she was she made me wait for it. I worked at a restaurant for 10yrs and I know how mean customers can get. I'ved heard the saying: "customers are always right" and to me, that can be unfair and not right! Read moreSo, I hadn't eaten at a Subway in about 11 months. This visit reminded me why. I ordered a bowl, and requested curbside delivery. I got there, parked in the appropriate area, and I waited....and waited.....and waited. No one ever brought me my order, so I went inside. Turned out it was ready, and had been for awhile. But for some reason no one ever brought it to me. That kind of reckless inefficiency is unacceptable, and there's no excuse for it. I contacted Subway about my experience, and they forwarded it to the store manager. She gave me a very "generic" response (and this was two weeks later). That was my last visit to Subway. I'll stick with Firehouse,Jimmy Johns, or Jersey Mikes. They care about pleasing...
