DEFINITELY NOT FADT FOOD DEFINITELY NOT FOOD DEFINITELY NOT CUSTOMER FOCUSED I went here for a friend and while I despise McDonalds this was one of the worst experiences I've had to date with this company. My experience started off in drive thru taking so long I began to think there was only one employee working. Taking orders. Driving to another McDonalds to place orders and then bring it back to charge the customer and give them food. I placed my order in drive thru just to wait about 10 minutes to get to the window to pay. The kid at the window stated he never got my order. So I has to give my order again. He of course was so distracted by the younger girls playing around near him, joking, laughing etc he couldn't focus or hear my order being offered again. I waited minimum another 10 minutes just to get to the pick up window. 7 of those minutes were for a person getting Only coffee. I finally get to the window and there's no employees insight beyond 3 obviously on break and another you couldn't tell if she was on break or playing around. Finally 3-4 minutes later someone with a manager shirt shows. She too is very unfriendly. And even more unfriendly than the previous 3 employees I dealt with. She gives me a bag that I'm sure isn't mine and still more food. It's probably 2 or 3 times the amount of food I ordered. Being honest, I chose to tell her as soon as I realized it wasn't my food. She had an attitude about the fact she messed up. Im.nkt sure how it's my fault that she can't do her job. And I must give my order to yet a 3rd person! I finally get my food and go home. The drinks were made so long before I even got them the ice had already melted by the time I got the drinks. The fries were semi cold, tasted horrible, and clearly had been sitting around far too long. The burger was so salty ocean water would taste less salty. A deer lick would be less salty. A container of pure salt would be less salty. The condiments such as the ketchup and pickles, etc were so hot it was obvious they microwaved the burger before sending it off.
I realize this is fast food. The days can be long. The hob can be overwhelming. Lots of things can make for a long and bad day filled with mistakes and issues. But there is no excuse for everything I dealt with from this location! This was a new low for thr McGarbage I was sold and the McBs service I was given. One star is so utterly generous for this place its beyond sad! And even worse even if the management get off their lazy butts or corporate gets off their lazy corrupt but to read this review, no of them will have...

I ordered 2 4pc butter milk tender meals 1 20 piece chicken nuggets 3 mcdobles one of the mcdobles was supposed to be plain with no cheese, and 1 Spicey mcchickens and only received 1 tender meal and the 20 piece chicken nuggets, the 3 mcdobles I received had everything on them and not one was plain with no cheese like I had requested, and I didn't even receive the Spicey mcchickens. When I went back through the drive through line to have my order fixed she (Hope the manager) told me she had bagged the order herself. I told her that well somethi g must have happened bc this is what I received she proceeded to get an attitude with me so I asked for my money back and she refused to give it back to me. So I proceeded to give her the food that I did have (granted I ate my 20 piece chicken nuggets in the line waiting) and she told me very disrespectfully that i had eaten the food in line while I was waiting. Which I told her the only thing I ate was the 20 piece chicken nugget while I had been waiting. I asked her again for my money back and she wanted to tell me I could call corporate In the morning and slammed the window door in my face. So I walked inside where I saw her talking to another customer about how she had unproffesionally handled my situation quote in quote saying "it's all good I packed the order" like it was a joke. That when I stepped back in and told her that if she had then why was my order messed up and she told me it wasn't. I continued to ask for my money back and she went and grabbed my order I had given her in the drive through and I took it and dumped it out on the counter to show her that all of the food was there (THAT I HAD RECIEVED) and she proceeded to tell me that she was not going to refund my money because I quote in quote "acted a fool" my order was $26.25 which is a lot of money for McDonald especially when I didn't even receive half of my order and the other half was messed up.
I am very I'm happy with the service I have received at this establishment and this is not the first time they have royally messed my order up. I recommend people to look the other way of that don't want to not only waist time but money as well on food that's not made right or They...
Read moreI just had the worst drive through experience of my life at this McDonalds. The lady taking my order was rude and could not hear me. I could hear the whole staff yelling and laughing through her mic, but somehow she couldn’t hear me. The cashier at the first window was curt and painfully slow. When I tried to order the McFlurry that my pregnant wife sent me to McDonalds for in the first place, the woman had no idea what I was talking about. She excused herself, came back a moment later and said... “we don’t have any ice cream” I waited my turn for the food window. When I arrived, I waited some time to be greeted with two drinks. I only ordered one. I hand the extra drink back, and receive a bag smaller than what could possibly fit my order. As soon as the order hits my hand the lady turns around, leans against the window, and pulls up her phone. She gave me the wrong order. I proceed to wave my hands yelling “excuse me!” At her back for a full 30 seconds before another employee comes around the corner holding my actual order and sees me. She quickly opens the window, I tell her I got the wrong order. She hands me mine, everything is there. As I drive off, I taste a French fry. Completely inedible. I have some experience in fast food, these fries had been sitting for no less than 15 minutes by the time I received them. My chicken sandwich was a cold, dark-brown briquette. The chicken nuggets were stale and cold. One bright spot: the 1/4 pounder was acceptably warm. I live right next to this McDonalds. I have never had a pleasant, or even remotely acceptable experience here. I have decided tonight to never return.
