I had the unfortunate experience of encountering extremely poor customer service provided by one of the manager’s, Valerie (tattoo on the left side of her face, in front of her ear). As a loyal customer, I believe it is crucial to address this issue promptly.
After placing an order through the drive-through window, I realized there was only one napkin in my bag. I kindly asked Valerie for additional napkins, to which she responded in an unprofessional and confrontational manner. She accused me of being on my phone and not paying attention to the contents of my order. Despite my explanation that my phone was not the issue at hand, Valerie continued to dismiss my concerns and even threatened to involve external parties in an attempt to remove me from the premises.
Valerie's behavior escalated when she pulled out her phone and started taking pictures of me without my consent. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable and goes against the standards of professionalism that should be upheld by all employees, especially those in customer-facing roles.
I requested to speak to a manager or obtain corporate contact information, but Valerie claimed to be the manager in charge and refused to provide any further assistance. This lack of accountability and disrespect towards customers should not be tolerated in any service-oriented environment.
I urge you to take immediate action regarding this matter. Valerie's behavior not only reflects poorly on your establishment but also creates a hostile environment for customers. Food is good but early morning service is lousy at this location. I’ve put in a catering order in at this location two times. I had thought it would be convenient for work events. I set a pick up time for 605 in the morning both times. I expect to pick it up at this time so I won’t be late for work. The male manager the first time told me it would take an additional 20 minutes to get the order because they had not started on them. I told him I didn’t have that time and left without my order. I decided to give them a second chance yesterday. I arrived at 605 to pick up my order placed the day prior. The same manager as before said they were working on them. I told him I had to leave by 620 and he said they should be ready by then. A little after 630 I received half of my order. I mentioned that I would want a refund for the missing portion but could not stick around any longer because I would be late for work. I’ve still not received a refund to the card I used. Read moreCustomer service was below standard and I'm not picky. Food seemed a little overcooked and dry but that's just for my taste, not everybody's taste in food is going to be the same. It would have been nice if they would have put at least one condiment in the bag since they put nothing on the sandwich and when your going to work I would think most people don't have small things like that on their mind. I would think that the reason you go to a fast food restaurant is because you're paying for somebody else to have already taken care of that. I find it to be very sad that places are starting to make the customers ask for condiments or they'll get none, sad is the wrong word. (Disgusting) Fitz the feeling better. Also that fast food restaurants would cheap out like that. I really did not enjoy startimy day with someone handing me my food and having the look on their face like I ran over their dog.
