I was trying to leave a new review and I could not figure it out so I will update my review of a year ago. I came back to High Output Audio as I mentioned in my first review with a big problem for Mauricio and team to solve and they did. The entire sound system shorted out in my 2014 BMW 428i convertible. The BMW guys were having a hard time trouble shooting. They told me the entire sound system main power amp needed to be replaced. I thought the best move would be to work with Mauricio to replace the 2014 old system with a new amp and system that included car play, Bluetooth and an equalizer. It was not easy. In fact, after they finished, I found the sound quality was not what I expected and when I came back to see Mauricio he said "I agree and leave it with me." They replaced the amp and the system is amazing and we even added a back up camera.

If you have a custom sound problem or want an upgrade bring it to Mauricio and team. They treat it as if it is their system and will not let you go until you are very happy. I love the system and my music. Thanks Mauricio and team!

I met with the owner Mauricio James at lunch today for an audio consultation for my recently purchased BMW428i convertible. Through email I arranged for a consultation. My experience talking with Jaimes was great. He took time to ask great questions about what I wanted and my goals and took time to explain it's important to identify your music source. In my case I had been plugging in by AUX which sounded bad instead f USB my preferred. We figured out how to do that and the sound quality was better. I need to find out from BMW how to upgrade the software to recognize a 2020 iPhone. We then talked some what if and the plan is to get the USB working and listen to the current sound quality. Once I get an idea of what's lacking, I'll go back and see him again to discuss the right equipment based on my goals.

What can't I, say about this business. First of all team moved their schedule around to get my car in to fix the mess that, I had made trying to hook the amplifier myself. They're very professional, straight up, and gives you the facts of whats going to fit in your vehicle and what's not to give you the best sound quality that's incredible. Now my personal reason why, Highout Put Audio will always get my business and my recommendations. My dad had passed away back in December and he had an amplifier, I wanted to put into my car for sentimental reasons. The amplifier didn't work, so the team decided to go another route to make it I'm sure better. Even though it's a business, the team went above and beyond to make this an unbelievable experience while, I was disappointed my dad's amp didn't work. So, now to tell you for me, why this business and team is the Number one caraudio place around in the triad area. The team call me and told me they were going to clean my dad's amplifier like it was brand new again and wrap it in bubble wrap so it would get scratched. I wonder how many more car audio businesses would have done that for an customer?? Well Highout Put did. They noticed it was an emotional moment for me. So the team pitched in and put their heads together to get a plan together to figure what I would like to make me and the old man happy( RIP). After hugging two of the team members, and being introduced to the other two who had their hand in making my vehicle one of the best sounding vehicles on the road, it was a sweet and an emotional time for me. So if you're looking for straight no beat around the bush, great prices for the bestbest car audio quality, and super professionalism, HIGHOUT PUT is you're place to go. I have an older SUV that I bought used with an Infinity system that had some speakers that needed to be replaced prior to a Chicago road trip. Did some research and found these guys. After sending them a message, which was returned promptly the next day by Maranda, I set up a time and brought it in. Instead of trying to upsell me, they accurately diagnosed the problem as the 2 front door speakers needing to be replaced. The rear subwoofer had been disconnected -- other places might have used that as opportunity to sell me a new one that I didn't need (by lying -- unfortunately it happens often in the auto repair biz, I know, I used to sell tires in one of my former lives) instead, they reconnected it and installed 2 brand new Rockford Fosgates in the doors, which was a definite upgrade, as the tweeters were integrated into the unit, which was not the case before.

All in 3 hours.

These guys are outstanding. EVERYTHING was efficient, professional, and reasonably priced. But most of all, THEY ARE HONEST.

And I have to give a shout - out to Maranda, who was cheerful, kind, professional, and could not have been easier to deal with.

I knew RIGHT AWAY after Maranda messaged me back that they were the right ones to do the job. Instinctively. And I was completely correct. Bullseye!

They DO FANTASTIC WORK at REASONABLE PRICES and do it with a (sincere!) smile and it just gives you a real good feeling when you do business with great people like those at HOA.
