I have spent a lot of $$$ with this place in the past especially on nights when I get off late, it's cold and nasty outside like tonight. I have had issues before but minor things like; I ask for no vegetables, no onions and they do what? Give me vegetables and onions, I never complained. Well tonight I ordered Ribs along with my Hibachi, I clearly asked first if they served Ribs, when she stated that they did I said great I wanted Barbecue Ribs. Well our order arrived and no ribs, and when I called the establishment to ask about the ribs (yes I checked the receipt and saw there were no ribs listed or charged), but I was trying to explain to them that they left the ribs off she was extremely rude...this lady told me if I don't pay for ribs I do lookn't get no ribs, I went on to tell her I assumed when I paid the ribs was included on the order and in the amount, she goes on to tell me to hush up and listen, I asked if I could get the ribs and she said YOU NOT PAY...I further went on to try an explain that I'm trying to reorder and pay and she aggressively over talked me and told me again to shut up and listen to her...well what ever happened to ok ma'am sorry we left the ribs off your order and doing what is necessary to make the customer happy. At the end of the day all I was trying to do was place an order for the food that was left off the original order and pay for it, while she was accusing me of wanting free ribs...WOW!!! This so called business woman wouldn't let me get a word in just rude and so not called for!!! I could give her a few free tips like work on your ENGLISH LANGUAGE (your communication and interpretation suuccks), TRY LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMERS CONCERNS BEFORE JUMPING THE GUN, USE LESS WORDS LIKE HUSH AND SHUT UP, AND MORE WORDS LIKE I APOLOGISE FOR THE MIX UP, WHAT CAN I DO TO CORRECT THE ORDER? They don't EVA EVA have to worry about my $$$ or business again not even for a...
Read moreJust ordered delivery from this place even though the lady who answers the phone is extremely rude everytime we call. Just really needed a quick dinner and decided to give them another try. We have been to this restaurant several times from the time it opened in Garner. Tonight we ordered 2 hibachi chicken dinners, a shrimp tempura appetizer, and 4 California rolls. Which the lady sharply informed us (without us asking) that the sushi are not buy one get one free for delivery. Which we didn’t mind that fact anyway we really wanted some sushi. Upon the food arriving we did not receive our sushi and went to wave down the delivery driver to inform her that the sushi was missing. She actually said, “Oh, the 4 California rolls.” We thought we would call the restaurant to inform them that she was on the way back to get the sushi and bring it to us. Then an argument ensued on the phone as she told us we did not order sushi or pay for it??? The appetizer was burnt and the hibachi was not good at all. So, If you enjoy being completely badgered on the phone for not even mediocre food by a rude women then order from this place! I really like how they left out the sushi then blamed us for the mistake. The delivery driver new it was 4 California rolls without us even saying specifically what was missing???? If you can’t establish a good rapport with your customer base who are giving you the money to keep your establishment up and running then you probably shouldn’t own a business! We will never return or order from this place again. Sorry for for such a long review but I don’t doubt that their are other...
Read moreThese people attempted to overcharge me by surreptitously attaching a 15% gratuitous charge for my carry out order. They ask me if I wanted a recept and I replied yes, and surprisingly discovered that they had included a 15% gratuitous charge to my credit card. I questioned that charge and they explained that their register was programed to automatically include a 15% gratuity whethere you dined in or carriy out. I explain to them that this was a deceptive, unethical and unlawful business practice. I did not include a tiip when I sighned my receipt. Therefore, this was a blatant violation of the law. I also informed them that I only tip when I dine in and the amount of my tip is usually contingent of the level of service provided. There was no service provided for my carry out order. I only became aware of this charge after reviewing my receipt. Had I declined to receive my receiipt, I would have never realized this bogus charge. The young cashier was very apologetic and eagerly reimbursed me $3.31 in cash. I sinserely beleive that the purpose of asking the customer if they want a receipt is primarily for the purpose of hiding these charges in hopes that the customer has no reference to to what they were actually charged to confirm with their bank or credit card statement. Restaurants like other businesses should automatically provide receipt without question. I would strongly incourage you to demand your receipt and to carefully examine it for accuracy. After this dissapointingly deceptive experience, I have no intention of ever patronizing this...
