Came a week or so ago, was served food at 4:25. Come today and the barista working register says “no food after 4pm” and then insisted I must of only been served food after 4pm years ago..yet I showed her my last points rewards that clearly showed the time I came, I get a blt everytime. You also advertise “breakfast all day”..might want to update website or speak with the barista. Had a lovely experience every time before.also lunch menu states it starts at 11pm, no cut off stating 4pm. Last time I came at 4:25 the cook literally came out to tell me what mayo they use he was so kind. Such a different experience from my last visit.

Editing my review to also let it be known, I showed up at 4:33 via my gps..it wasn’t minutes before closing. And I even apologized for being near closing time….Since discovering the place, I haven’t walked out of there without spending atleast 40 bucks..I get beans, syrups, etc every time. And lastly, there were two women still sitting outside, and a man on his laptop inside.

Not only was the barista giving an off putting attitude, she had her eaten muffin wrapper just sitting out on the counter where one prepares drinks, you could tell she was not happy people were still enjoying the establishment too close to “close” I suppose. Having the first face you meet in an establishment treat customers like that will surely have them going elsewhere. I ran up there for a drink, blt and two bags of beans and instead got gaslit into being told I must of only been sold food after 4pm years ago. I absolutely love this place and I have never even been! I was looking for a good breakfast delivery place and this place hits the spot every time! I cannot wait to actually go to Muse and try it in person though. I usually order from 1-2 times a week via DoorDash and everything we have had has been amazing! I got to speak to the owner, Brian, this morning and he was so kind. I called to ensure my coffee would be decaf. Before he mentioned he was the owner, I told him how much I love the food and how they are so on top everything. He was so appreciative and kind!

On to the food! We have tried the Goat Cheese Avocado Toast with Pepper Jelly, Black Bean Burrito, The Brit English Muffin, The Mocha, and the D-Fab Latte. All of these things are delicious. The Avocado Toast is always fresh and one of the best I have tried. The combination of the Pepper Jelly & Goat Cheese really makes it stand out. The Black Bean Burrito comes with Bacon, Egg, Cheese, and Black Beans. They never forget to add avocado, take the cheese out for us, or provide a bunch of their yummy salsa on the side when I ask for extra. The Brit is a fluffy, locally sourced English Muffin served with honey butter or jam - be sure to get both! So good! I always get the D-Fab Latte and it's always made perfectly. I get it iced and with Oat Milk - highly recommend if you like a sweet but not too sweet drink.

Horrible experience. Ordered two drinks and two sandwiches. We were barely drinking our coffees, so we could have it with our sandwiches. The sandwiches finally came 40min later, and one of them was wrong. I don't mind waiting or mistakes but when I overhear you accusing my SO of ordering the food wrong when we clearly never even mentioned an avocado toast at all is when I get upset. I asked to get reimbursed and offered the food they gave us back to them. They said they'd reimburse us only to later find out they only reimbursed the wrong food item?? Why wouldn't you reimburse both when clearly we don't want the other one now and even tried to hand it back? Anyways thats how we ended up with two cold drinks and no food. The service is very lackluster and I'm not sure if there's a manager aware of customers wait times. 50$ unhappily spent. Sad because we were excited to come here after months of not coming.
