Wada Boba Tea — Restaurant in Garner

Highly disappointed in the drink and service from this place. When I first walked in, the store had an off putting smell but I gave it a chance and ordered a pineapple green tea with lychee jelly. The jam in the drink was not mixed in properly and sat at the bottom of the cup, I tried shaking it but it would not dissolve. I’ve worked at a boba shop before and I know that’s not how it’s supposed to look, the staff member did not mix the jam and the tea throughly. I go inside to ask for a refund because I paid over 8 dollars for this drink just to be told they do not give refunds. How as a business do you not give refunds, especially when the drink is not made right. When I asked if I could speak to the owner about it I was dismissed by the rude male employee. So this is probably my favorite boba place. They have so many flavors and toppings and the cloudees might be my greatest weakness. Especially the dragon fruit and the honeydew. Their teas are top notch too! They have these amazing chocolate cake pops, the vanilla are good too, but the chocolate are like fudge brownies on a stick, they're amazingly unexpected. How do I even get started on the staff? They're so nice and attentive. A few weeks ago one of the young ladies heard my drink order wrong, gave me that drink and then made the drink I actually wanted. She didnt get fussy or sarcastic, she was so sweet. Okay so first of all im sorry to the employees because I was so not used to this place I looked like I was lost . Let me tell yall the experience though. So when you walk in and and walk out they greet you and say goodbye , its so nice because you may be having a stressful day but these ladies welcome you and have a good attitude I Love it please dont change ever ! They give you time if youre undecisive . It doesnt feel rushed and the drinks are deliciouss !
