Upgrading from 1 star (3 years ago) to 5 stars today! I live by Timber crossings, so I grocery-shop at Food Lion. I can't tell you how many times I've driven by there the past couple of years, seeing 15 people through the window, waiting in line for god-knows what, thinking to myself "I'll be damm if I wait that long for a pizza, especially with the experiences I've had there." Well, a couple of weeks ago, I noticed the lines had shortened, and was dying for a pizza. I decided to walk in there and ordered something that was gonna take a while, so I told the manager Tanisha (sp?) that we would be right back. Went to Food Lion, 25 minutes later I walked in, and she remembered ME. Had my pizza ready, brought it to me, and she didn't have to say anything other than "enjoy, hope you have a great night." I went by there again today and told Tanisha that I was a highly satisfied, returning customer that was about to go home, eat my hot n ready, update my google review, and that whatever she's done, she's got that place rockin'! I can remember crushing $5 Hot n' Ready's EVERY night in High School, and almost cried just now when I thought about how long I went without b/c of their past service (or lack thereof). Tanisha if you read this, THANK YOU. Thank you for making Little Ceaser's cool to eat at again. 😎 To any dissatisfied customers, give her store another chance. The bad apples have rotted out and she now fosters a positive and professional atmosphere. Lastly, to Tanisha's Boss...please respond to customer reviews, even if you perceive them as counterproductive. Let your customers know you hear them, even if you disagree. It took me THREE YEARS to come back because I thought no one was listening to me. Give Tanisha and her Team the resources and training they need to be optimally successful! ✌️
If you want to get an idea of how important customer feedback is to a business, read the reviews to see if the business responds to its customers. Yeah, not gonna happen here. I called the store last night to let them know the app was not allowing online orders...when the worker picked up, they said "We are taking walk-in and online orders only" and hung up. Didn't even give me the chance. I called right back and told her that she may get away with that with other customers, but not me. She said, "I have all new employees." I said, "that is not an excuse to hang up on customers without asking them any questions, see why they are calling, etc". It's always something with this place, whether it's their new policy of not answering the phone after 9 when they close at 10, etc. NEVER AGAIN. Xavier makes a good pizza, so...
Read moreIf I could give them no stars I truly would. Yesterday 2/20 at 6:50 pm I went in an ordered pizza I ordered 2 classic cheese and 2 classic pepperoni. I asked the girl Skye how long it would take to be ready she stated 15 minutes so I ran to food lion. When I got back it was around 7:10 pm I am expecting to get pizza and go. Skye then tells me they are waiting on one more pizza. So I say OK bu then noticed a guy that came in after me had received his food. So then I asked how much longer she said she is still waiting. So then at 7:20 I still have no food and she has an attitude. I asked she said well we are waiting. So I said I will have 3 warm pizzas and 1 hot pizza and she blows it off. Then she says well I am not back there making the pizzas so I don't know and that she can't make them make my pizza. Read moreSo I called the store today for Easter and spoke to a woman named Anna, I placed an order with her and paid thru the phone. But when I came to the store and it was closed for Easter. I don't know why the person on the phone took my order and had me pay for it and everything but when I called the store again another lady asked me what I'd like to order.
I told her that I placed an order but that their store was closed and she said oh yes it's actually showing me that. So then I asked if this was the store? And she said no we are just from central something.
Then when I asked for a refund and she told me we can't do that you'd have to go to the website for the refund since no one's at the store.
Honestly I'm not mad that the store is closed but more so that they are taking people's orders and money not knowing the stores closed.
PLS Do not order thru the phone it will be a waste of time.
