Subway — Restaurant in Garner

I placed an online order for over $40 for delivery. The store used DoorDash to deliver my order. The cookies I ordered were missing from my order. I called the store to let them know and was told “oh well, they were given to the driver”. Then, I was told I had to call DoorDash go get my money. When I tried to explain that they needed to call DoorDash since they hired them to bring my food and not me, I was hung up on. I had to call back several times to get an answer and was met with no assistance. It wasn’t until I threatened to go to the store that I was told they would call DoorDash. I come here nearly 4 days a week around noon Monday and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. I wish I knew her name, but she is great at customer service and the only reason I keep coming back. She has memorized my order, and I don't even need to say anything when I come in. If I forget something, she reminds me. I can't say enough about her. There's another young lady who usually works with her and she is just as kind and typically knows what I'm looking for....

The sandwiches were excellent. The sandwich maker took the time to place ingredients on carefully and ensure it was the way I wanted it. Prices are a little high for what you get, and I was disappointed the "footlong nachos" came in a square box instead of the footlong box advertised in commercials and window banners, but they tasted great.
