Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Garner

customer service is pretty good but they have absolutely no clue how to make a sub. First off, they like to cut the bread completely in half like they are making a plate of party sandwiches. Sorry, I want a sub, not a sandwich. Secondly, if you ask for oil and vinegar they soak the heck out of it, basically like getting a glass of wine dumped on your sub. They put so much of it on my sub I had to throw it out. In all my life I have never had a more asinine experience with getting an Italian sub made. The subs are good, however.. disappointed in the amount of meat on the sandwich, I felt like I was eating a mayo and lettuce sandwich. I work every other week so I eat at two Jersey Mike's locations. I generally eat at JM two to three days a week. One JM locations is very inconsistent and sloppy and the other if is always fantastic. This is the fantastic location. sandwich is consistently made correctly, bread is always fresh and soft. The staff is very friendly, and the manager somehow remembers my name when I walk in.
