Terrible customer service. I ordered a delivery online at 5:30 the arrival time was 6:08. I chose contactless delivery, the instructions provided by the website stated the driver would ring the bell when food was left. At 6:18 only a soda was delivered to my porch. The door bell was never wrung and 2 pizzas were missing. I called the store hoping it was a mistake. I was told by the manager, Connor, that the pizzas weren't in the store or the driver's car so....this insinuated that I was lying. Before the issue could be resolved Connor hung up on me. I called back and asked for the GM and contact info, I was told by a young lady that Paul was out due to a death in the family, then I was hung up on again. I called repeatedly without getting an answer, no one picked up the phone. After several attempts a different representative answered the phone and put Connor on. Connor told me the driver informed him he handed all the items to a lady, I asked what the lady looked like knowing it definitely wasn't me. After being put on hold, Connor returned and informed me they'd remake my order and deliver the pizza. I never got a description of that mystery lady. I waited an hour for the new pizza. The pizza never showed. I called the store, Connor informed me the pizzas were made and the driver just didn't take them, he told me that when the driver got back he'd ask again but offered me free cheesy bread for the inconvenience. I informed Connor that I was coming to get my pizza and wanted a refund as well. I took a Lyft to pick up the pizza that was supposed to be delivered. This is the craziest experience I ever had trying to order pizza. I like Marco's which is why I ordered but the customer service at this location is terrible.    Read moreI have been to this location 4 times now and tonight has been the worse experience yet. Yes my pizza was to my liking but the customer service and management were very poor. I called in my order at 9:08 arrived at 9:21 to pay and the pizza had not been started. After waiting 10 minutes I hear a guy in the back say we have to make my order over. I never once was greeted and told this and don't think anyone would have let me know had I not gotten up and went to the counter. I did not leave the store until 9:40 p.m. in the 20 minutes I was in the store two high school aged cashiers were talking amongst themselves and facetiming/calling their friends. Not to mention when I arrived the young man singing very inappropriate lyrics referring to a woman's body. I do not blame the teens for acting like teens at work. None of us took work seriously at that age. This however is a sign of poor management as the manager did nothing to correct this behavior. We also ordered a salad with tomatoes that was with only one piece and yellow, 6 slices of one black olive, 6 maybe 7 slices of spinach, no croutons that were ordered and no green peppers. The total for the order was $23.00. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. Went up to complain and the manager said the oven burnt the sub (Itâs the way the oven cooks). He blames the salad and the preparation of the salad an the supplier. We visit this location multiple times a month based on the quality of their salad.
