I'm rating them bad because I went through the drive thru that wasn't busy at all. I ordered a Cook to order McChicken with only onion & lettuce and a medium fry lightly salted my total was $7.04. The screwed my order up 3 times until I finally just got a refund because they refused to give me fresh meat. First of all, this is where I'm at with all fast food restaurants, if you are going to go up on your prices then you are going to give me FRESH FOOD & that means when I order it, then you cook it. McDonald's has this thing that if it's in the food heating tray & the time on their product is not their "dump or throw out" time they want to still pass it along to their customers.... No Uh-u NOT FOR ME!!! REMEMBER, I said when I placed my order I asked for a Cook to order meal. 1st sandwich was not cool to order & only had lettuce, I returned. 2nd sandwich was old meat with lettuce, onion & mayo, I returned. 3rd sandwich was old chicken, with lettuce and no onion, I returned for my money back at this point. Not to mention they asked me each time to pull to #1 and they would bring my food out....which was a microwaved rubbery McChicken sandwich. Clearly any adult can tell the difference between a microwaved or fried McChicken....WHY PULL ME TO SPACE 1 to ONLY BRING ME OUT OLD FOOD & FOOD I DIDNT ORDER!! I have had food poison before so I'm super finicky about my food & that's why I will write a REVIEW IN A MINUTE!!! The drive thru cashier (AA) said she would have to get her mgr (C) male came to the window and asked how could he help, I stated I want a refunded for this McChicken that you all obviously aren't going to comply to my request of a cook to order meal. I gave him my receipt and the chicken sandwich. The Caucasian male mgr, gave me my refund for the McChicken and NEVER asked what was the problem, never offered to resolve, never offered to cook me a fresh McChicken as I initially requested. I personally hate Bad Management, Poor Customer Service & Poor Quality of Food. This location was not busy so there was no reason why they couldn't COOK MY FOOD TO ORDER AS I REQUESTED. NOW I feel some kind of way because this location basically made it clear in their presentation of my meal that, "I'M going to eat the meat (rubbery chicken) they already have cooked".....NO NO NOT ME!! Like I said I don't trust you cooking fast food meat in advance & serve it until timer expires on it. If I have to pay more, you fast food places are going to fix me fresh food, PERIOD. I won't EVER go back to this location again. As a matter of fact, I only saw young kids (2 blacks & 1 Mexican all females working there from the drive thru.... This LOCATION JUST HAVE SOME LAZY STAFF who works for a Mgr that cares more about his shrinkage more than satisfying his Customers. THEY ALL NEED RE-TRAINING!! Read moreI have come so many times during the weekend and yes, it's understandable short of staff and not always getting your orders right? Because it's the weekend, but during the week, it's not an excuse to at least try to give good service. I put in an order on my mobile app. So I wouldn't have to wait, it would be ready. That's the whole point. At 10:22 a.m (a coffee and sandwich only. ) and I live about 8 minutes from there. So driving in the morning with traffic. I want to say about 10 minutes. I get there at 10:33a.m just to be hearing people talking and giggling it up by the time that they answered me, they want to tell me that my food was not ready.And I had to pick it up within ten minutes from the time that I put it in. But there's nowhere stating that on their app. A time frame or when you actually put in the food, it says you only have 10 minutes to get there. I have always ordered here and even if i'm 10 minutes pass 10:30 a.m they are still in the process of making the food or they have it ready for me. So in those twelve to thirteen minutes, they did not even try to make my drink... They just completely tell me that the order was already canceled when on my mobile app, it did not state that it's still even letting me know to go pick it up. The manager Amanda, when I asked for her, didn't even come off. And the window girl didn't even want to give me her name. So I figured most likely nobody wanted to work this morning and to mind you, it's a tuesday morning, and there's barely three cars in the parking lot and no line. So I have to now go to work with nothing. I feel like the managers at this place really suck at their job. Because nobody can handle the morning crew, even on. Weekday or weekend it's terrible . They need to start hiring people that actually want to work, not these young folks that don't even know what service look like, for the working class . Read moreEdit: If you want to get the app deals, make order/pickup quick, not have to talk too much or get out of your car... like I do after working extremely hard all day, I figured it out! Place your order on the app for 'Drive-thru'. You get to pull up & give the happy speaker a 4 digit code & they immediately invite you to the window. Then very shortly (as expected from McD's) they will present your order. Very little waiting, very little interaction. This is how we'll be getting our quickies from now on. Unfortunately, you may feel the urge to run over to curbside pickup & let the poor souls waiting & waiting know this little nugget.
This McDonalds is hit or miss, unfortunately it's usually miss. There have been a few very good experiences with the drive thru persons. Recently we started using the App & Curbside pickup. It Sucks!! Maybe 1 out 5 times, the food came out reasonably quick after I checked in to my parking space. Last week, the wait was just over 20 min. For my order to be brought out & when I got home, I was missing a chicken sandwich. (Reporting online apparently does nothing) Tonight, I waited in my curbside spot for almost 30 min. Before my order came out, then the drinks were wrong & with 5 drinks there was no drink tray. The gentleman was supposed to bring me a tray & the missing drink. After waiting 5 MORE minutes, I went inside to get my drink. There's nobody supposed to wait 35 min. For an order at McDonald's! No apology, no...
